Business Context and Reporting Period

National CineMedia, Inc. filed this unaudited Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 29, 2023, with comparative periods ended June 30, 2022. The company manages National CineMedia, LLC, a U.S. cinema advertising network operating under long-term exhibition-services agreements and network affiliate agreements.
