Most important facts for an investor to verify

  • Reconcile reported versus normalized revenue, EBITDA and net income, including the effects of the Cozani merger and other non-recurring items.
  • Assess liquidity in light of current liabilities exceeding current assets by approximately R$2.439 billion, cash of R$1.985 billion, cash and securities of R$3.371 billion, and substantial lease obligations.
  • Review the R$2.749 billion suspended TFF obligation and the potential 2024 cash-payment implications.
  • Analyze the R$21.549 billion of possible-loss proceedings, especially tax disputes totaling R$19.422 billion, against the R$1.529 billion provision for probable losses.
  • Confirm the status and valuation sensitivity of the Banco C6 options and related arbitration.
  • Verify the unchanged 2024 Capex guidance and the sustainability of reported EBITDA margin expansion as 5G investment, network maintenance, personnel and lease costs continue.
