C.H. Robinson’s Q3 2026 Earnings: What to Expect

Valued at a market cap of $16.5 billion, C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. (CHRW) is a global third-party logistics provider that helps businesses manage freight transportation and supply chains. Headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, the company arranges the shipment of goods through truckload, less-than-truckload, ocean, air, and intermodal transportation, while also offering customs brokerage, supply chain consulting, and freight management services.

The logistics behemoth is scheduled to announce its fiscal Q3 earnings for 2026 before the market opens on Wednesday, Oct. 28. Ahead of this event, analysts expect this freight transportation company to report a profit of $1.72 per share, up 22.9% from $1.40 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company has topped Wall Street’s bottom-line estimates in each of the last four quarters.

For the current fiscal year, ending in December, analysts expect CHRW to report a profit of $6.26 per share, up 23% from $5.09 per share in fiscal 2025. Its EPS is expected to further grow 17.9% year over year to $7.38 in fiscal 2027.

CHRW has soared 12.6% over the past 52 weeks, underperforming the S&P 500 Index's ($SPX) 13.1% return but exceeding the State Street Industrial Select Sector SPDR ETF’s (XLI) 6.4% uptick over the same time period.

The company’s recent proposed $5.8 billion acquisition of RXO has introduced a new layer of uncertainty, sending shares down 9% in premarket trading following the announcement. While management expects the deal to deliver $300 million in annual synergies within two years and boost earnings per share within nine months of closing, investor concerns over integration risks and the financial burden of the transaction have tempered sentiment, putting the company’s ability to translate its efficiency gains into sustained growth under the spotlight.

Wall Street analysts are very optimistic about CHRW’s stock, with a "Strong Buy" rating overall. Among 24 analysts covering the stock, 17 recommend "Strong Buy," one advises a "Moderate Buy,” and six suggest "Hold." The mean price target for CHRW is $192.96, indicating a 36.7% potential upside from the current levels.
