Important facts for investors to verify

  • Whether occupancy, leasing spreads, and tenant demand support guidance, particularly as leases expire and projects complete.
  • Whether planned property and partial-interest sales, and any ATM issuance, occur on acceptable terms and provide the capital assumed in the 2024 plan.
  • Development cost, lease-up, delivery timing, and realization of projected incremental NOI; also monitor the substantial construction commitments and partner funding.
  • Debt refinancing and borrowing costs, including the $600 million senior note maturity in April 2025 and the company’s leverage target of no more than 5.1x for Q4 2024 annualized.
  • Investment valuation volatility and impairment exposure; GAAP net income and adjusted FFO include materially different treatment of investment gains and losses.
