Teradyne reported quarterly earnings of 85 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 79 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $769.210 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $743.776 million.
Teradyne shares jumped 20.7% to $174.50 in the pre-market trading session.

Akebia Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ: AKBA ) fell 29.9% to $2.17 in pre-market trading after the company said it will not initiate the VALOR trial following a lack of alignment with the FDA on trial design for Vafseo in CKD non-dialysis patients. MSP Recovery Inc (NASDAQ: MSPR ) shares dipped 29.2% to $0.67 in pre-market trading after jumping more than 15% on Tuesday.
