What Are Wall Street Analysts' Target Price for CrowdStrike Stock?

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (CRWD), headquartered in Austin, Texas, provides cybersecurity solutions. With a market cap of $246.8 billion,  the company offers cloud-delivered protection across endpoints, cloud workloads, identity and data, and leading threat intelligence, managed security services, IT operations management, threat hunting, Zero Trust identity protection, and log management.

Shares of this global cybersecurity leader have notably outperformed the broader market over the past year. CRWD has gained 62.7% over this time frame, while the broader S&P 500 Index ($SPX) has rallied nearly 8.2%. In 2026, CRWD stock is up 85.3%, surpassing the SPX’s 7.4% rise on a YTD basis.

Zooming in further, CRWD’s outperformance is also apparent compared to the Amplify Cybersecurity ETF (HACK). The exchange-traded fund has gained about 30.7% over the past year. Moreover, the stock’s gains on a YTD basis outshine the ETF’s 38.6% returns over the same time frame.

CrowdStrike’s outperformance has been driven primarily by surging enterprise demand for its AI-native cybersecurity solutions and the rapid adoption of its Falcon Flex subscription model, which significantly accelerated net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and expanded larger multi-product customer deals. Investors have increasingly rewarded the company as its newer non-endpoint segments, such as cloud, identity, next-gen SIEM, and AI-driven detection tools, gain commercial traction and turn into major growth engines, reinforcing confidence in its long-term market dominance.

For the current fiscal year, ending in January 2027, analysts expect CRWD’s EPS to grow 900% to $0.08 on a diluted basis. The company’s earnings surprise history is mixed. It beat the consensus estimate in two of the last four quarters while missing the forecast on two other occasions.

Among the 50 analysts covering CRWD stock, the consensus is a “Moderate Buy.” That’s based on 35 “Strong Buy” ratings, three “Moderate Buys,” nine “Holds,” and three “Strong Sells.”

On Nov. 2, Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft (DB) analyst Brad Zelnick upgraded CRWD’s rating to a “Buy” and raised its price target to $300, implying a potential upside of 38.1% from current levels.

The mean price target of $255.34 represents a 17.6% premium to CRWD’s current price levels. The Street-high price target of $425 suggests an ambitious upside potential of 95.7%.
