The development of dedicated infrastructure is becoming an important part of the advanced air mobility market. Joby Aviation, Inc. JOBY and Eve Holding, Inc. EVEX are also developing networks and facilities designed to support future electric air-taxi operations.
Joby Aviation is developing transportation hubs and vertiports across target markets, with infrastructure supporting electric-aircraft takeoff, landing and charging. The company is advancing vertiport networks in key markets, including the United States and Dubai.
Eve Holding is pursuing a partner-driven approach to vertiport infrastructure, working with airports and aviation-service providers. Its planned operations focus on airport connectivity and regional mobility using eVTOL aircraft.
