Identify Support Resistance to Trade

Use the provided Peak Trough Analysis to identify the important Support or Resistance. Once you have drawn the support or resistance line in your chart, half of work is done. Next, you will wait until price is pushed to one direction by crowd, then you will follow the price (=react to market). The is the most genetric scheme to trade with support and resistance.

Risk Management with Support Resistance

Once you have drawn the support or resistance, the trigger level concept suggests you to identify three important price including minimum stop, entry price and profit target to manage risk.

* Minimum Stop: This is often support or resistance itself. As price can revist the support or resistance , it is best to provide some margin from this minimum Stop Loss level

* Entry Price: Entry price is used to avoid false breakout or false reversal signal. Whether you are trading with the first wave or third wave from the support resistance, this price is important.

* Profit Target: First price level you can use as the profit target is the height of Fractal Triangle as we assume that price can revisit the peak or trough in your chart. Depending on your market condition, your profit target can be greater than the height of Fractal Triangle. If the market condition is less favourable to the trading direction, then you can set profit target slighly less than the height of Fractal Triangle.

Add Risk Management Tools to Chart

You can access the risk management tool from the Support Resistance Risk Managment using the number keys. Firstly, attach the indicator to your chart. Then use the following number keys to insert or delete the risk management tools.

Number Key 1: Add a Symmetrical Trigger Level for Support or trough peak trough fractal triangle.

How to use the indicator

When you view a market on your chart, the indicator will automatically display the trends of all the time frames you want to see for that market. If that market has the trend agreement you want to trade, you can simply click 'Add' and that market will be added to the watch-list. When the trends of a market on the watch-list break down and no longer show agreement, hover your cursor over that market and 'Del' will appear beside it, so you can delete that market from your list. FOCUS ON THE BEST MARKETS FOR EVERY TRADE. All the markets displayed on your MT4 Market Watch can also be accessed from within the indicator settings and added to your display list. You can choose up to 9 time frames to follow, from the 1 minute to the 1 month time frames.

We recommend you add up to 12 markets at any one time and only add the markets you want to trade.
We recommend using 4 time frames. 2 time frames above your entry time frame to confirm the trend, 1 time frame below your entry time frame to help time your entry, and the time frame you want to trade.

Indicator Parameters

Timer Interval: This is the frequency with which the indicator reads and refreshes the trend arrows for each market and time frame. The value is shown in milliseconds, meaning the default setting of 5000ms is 5 seconds. If you have a slower machine, you may wish to increase this value to 7 or 10 seconds.
ATR multiplier for over-sized detection: This has been added to eliminate over-sized bars from the chart (over-sized bars greater than chosen ATR will not be counted in cycles analysis), so that the indicator can still focus on the true cycles for trend identification. The default ATR is 3 but this can be amended to take into account larger or smaller candles if preferred. We recommend 3 as a starting point for all users.
Bar limit: This is the number of candles the indicator reads to determine what the current trend is for a market or time frame. Can be reduced to speed up calculation time but we recommend not going lower than 100.
Trend Up Color: The color displayed for up-trending arrows.
Trend Down Color: The color displayed for down-trending arrows
Trend Sideways Color: The color displayed for sideways/no trend arrows
Trend Text Color: The color displayed for all market and time frame text
Trend Font & Arrow Size: Size of text and arrows displayed in the indicator

Notes:

Watch the market if the hot zone boxes are wide, especially after candle spikes. This increases your SL, therefore, may decrease your risk/reward ratio.

If the violet and light green hot zones form close to each other, your target profits should be tight until price breaks out on either of the side of both zones.

As the hot zone shadows (dotted lines) move away from the start of the box, the less effective they become, therefore, signals that emerge at the beginning are stronger.

If both the Hot Zones and the Dynamic Support/Resistance boxes form, the breakout is expected to be significant. However, you can chose to use any one of those functions.
You can chose to work with either Hot Zones or the Dynamic Support/Resistance independently depending on your trading style.
Under the Hot Zones function there are three trading modes, Cheetah, Jumbo, and Sloth. The Cheetah module is more reactive and provides more trading signals compared with the Jumbo whereas Sloth module takes longer than Jumbo to scan for hot zones- these animals react at different speeds, but all are effective at what they do.
This system has been tested with all trading instruments and works well for manual traders. In addition, it has been tested on Deriv Broker's synthetic indices and produces same predictability as other financial instruments.

Buy if price opens above any of the box zones. When the light green zone forms buys are often stronger since this is a retracement. However, if candles open below the zone, this may be an indication that the trend has changed

Acting as a filtering system you will probably open trades always in favor of what the 3 moving averages are telling you. It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish in your strategy.
You can use this indicator as an EXIT indicator also, getting away from a trade as soon as, let's say, your shorter MA turns its color to the other side.
Please remember that depending on the Price Calculation Mode you choose, the colors will obviously repaint, i.e., when using the Closing Price of a candle. If you don't want the \"repainting\" you can calibrate your MAs to use the Opening Price of the bars or a \"less\" repainting behavior that could be using average prices (i.e. OHLC/4).
