TTM Squeeze Momentum is an enhanced indicator ideal for recognizing consolidation periods in the market and the start of the next explosive move.

This improved version is a volatility indicator based on John Carter's \"TTM Squeeze\" in which the histogram is based on a linear regression rather than a simple momentum indicator.

Red dots on the middle line indicate that the market has entered a \"Squeeze\" zone or consolidation period, indicated in this enhanced version by a combination of the Bollinger and Keltner Bands. These periods indicate that the market is preparing itself for the next explosive move. The start of this movement is indicated by the green dots on the middle line.

Brief description

The ContiStat indicator calculate statistic frequency of green (up) and red (down) movement in the chart and determine movement dynamics (silver curve). There are two key parameters to understand the ContiStat principle: Block height and Block count. The ContiStat engine convert instrument price chart move to Blocks of constant height (price) regardles of how much time it take.

Example 1: Block height is set to 50. DE30 index price make move from 15230 to 15443 in an hour. 4 green Blocks are generated.

Example 2: Block height is set to 50. DE30 index price make move from 15145 to 15169 and then to 15088 in a day. Only one red Block will be generated since green Block price height condition wasn't met (15145 - 15195).

Block count determine how many consequent Blocks will be considered as statistic sample. Statistic frequency of green and red blocks in the sample is generated then. The movement dynamics is calculated as inverted value of average number of Rates (Candles) in one Block for statistic sample.

Benefit

In constrast with time based methods to determine trend direction (Moving Averages, RSI, OVB etc.), the ContiStat is time-independent. Despite of market volatility, even in seemingly rangin market it can still show what's the chance to get another up or down movement of selected height.

Parameters

Block height: Block height in the instrument price dimension. Range is <0, instrument price>. Good starting value is 0.2% to 0.7% of instrument price or whatever movement is interesting for you. See screenshots for improper parameter setting. See Brief description for parameter meaning description.
Number of Blocks for statistics: Block count for statistic calculation. Range is <0, 1000>. Good starting value is 30. See screenshots for improper parameter setting. See Brief description for parameter meaning description.

How to use

Set the parameters properly: Chose your time frame and choose the price movement that is interesting for you. When parameters set properly, dynamics curve will not stick to 0 nor overshoot 1. When setting Number of Blocks for statistics, keep in mind the indicator will tend to oscilate and show coarse output if value too low and will be \"lazy\" and lagging significantly, when parameter too high.

When parameters set properly:

If the Green output curve significantly ( >= 0.65-0.7) higher then the Red output curve and not descending steeply, speculate for Uptrend continuation, look for Long trades, avoid Short trades at all.
If the Red output curve significantly ( >= 0.65-0.7) higher then the Green output curve and not descending steeply, speculate for Downtrend continuation, look for Short trades, avoid Long trades at all.
If the Green and the Red output curve in narrow band (0.5 +/- 0.05-0.1), don't trade, or speculate carefully for trade reversals on price chart local extremes.
If the Dynamics (Silver curve) is too low (<= 0.2), leave the market. Ther's no interesting move (but the situation may change quickly and unexpectedly).
If the Dynamics (Silver curve) is too high (>= 0.8) or rising steeple, you're either in trade, having good times, or not and then don't enter, wait for market to calm a little.

Since the ContiStat isn't trade entry point detector, it's good idea to combine with another indicator, for example MACD. Example is shown on screenshot

Parameters for working with a spread.

Set Stops Level - forcibly set the level of freezing stops and the minimum distance to the order.
Spread Min - Minimum spread. If you do not install it, the bot will work like a grail, it will give fabulous profits, but not real ones.

These financial instruments are available for trading on MetaTrader5 for most established brokers. Optimize Profit: true/false - so if you set = true, the bot will help you to calculate lot size according to your balance, but I recommend you set it = false and the lot size will be always the same for all trades, that means you are more safe. But if you do like much profit and also much risk, your decision 😎 (just back testing history data, and you will see the difference when changing this config 🤑)

Both the TP and SL levels are draggable on the chart, even from the mobile app. Reborn will also recalculate the TP and SL levels when placing manual trades.

How do I know there is a trend breakout- Breakout Zone and Micro Breakouts

This is the zone between the continuous and dotted lines. The market is expected to breakout on the side of the solid continuous line. After the Breakout Zone draws, you should plan to open trades in the direction after the Re-Entry Zone is displayed. You are recommended to avoid opening buys when the price trends below the bearish breakout. Similarly, don’t go short when the bullish breakout is activated. Another vital point, expect the zones to act as support/resistance.

When you enable Micro Breakouts, you will be able to see areas where the price actually breaks or fails to completely breakout. With this feature enabled you can use it to buy or sell based on micro breakouts. Pls check FAQ number 10 on several ways to profit from this feature.

When do I re-enter the trend. Re-entry Zone

The Re-entry Zone is always below the Breakout Zone during a bear market. However, it can appear above the Breakout Zone if the market is consolidating. On the same note, the bull market Re-entry Zone is always above the Breakout Zone, though this may be overlooked in the early stages of the trend formation. Buy if a candle opens above the buy re-entry zone if bulls are in control and wait for a candle to open below the sell re-entry zone for you to sell during a bear market.

How do I take profit-Take Profit Zones

This module, Take Profit Zones, is useful in that irrespective of the indicator you are using it shows areas where you must lock or take some profit. These zones are displayed when there is either bull or bear market. This is helpful in that you are able to lock most of the gains before a retracement or reversal. On a downtrend, you can re-enter the market, with smaller lots, after a candle opens and closes below the Take Profit Zones. Equally, go long after a candle opens and closes above the zone if you are on an uptrend.

This system has been tested on ordinary and Renko charts. However, use the system together with Renko charts to experience the best outcome and display of these critical zones.

Réglages et paramètres

Choisissez le mode : Choisissez le mode pour le compte actuel. Il peut s'agir du fournisseur (source de la copie) ou du destinataire (destination de la copie).
Numéro de compte du fournisseur : Entrez le numéro de compte du fournisseur à partir duquel vous souhaitez copier les transactions.
Max. glissement : Slippage maximum accepté pour copier les trades. Le prix peut être différent entre les courtiers, donc si le prix actuel du compte du destinataire dépasse max. distance de glissement par rapport au prix d'entrée du compte du fournisseur, la transaction ne sera pas copiée. Ceci est utile pour éviter le glissement indésirable des transactions copiées, en particulier lors d'une forte volatilité (communiqués de presse).
Max. retard : Le temps d'attente maximal pendant lequel les transactions peuvent encore être copiées du fournisseur au récepteur. Si ce délai d'attente de transaction est dépassé par rapport à l'heure d'ouverture de la transaction du fournisseur, la transaction ne sera pas copiée, cela ne fonctionne qu'avec les commandes instantanées/au marché. Ceci est utile pour empêcher la copie de transactions obsolètes si le compte/terminal du destinataire est fermé pendant un certain temps. Par exemple : le délai d'expiration de la transaction est de 60 secondes, ce qui signifie que si le destinataire est déconnecté pendant que le fournisseur ouvre un ordre d'achat/vente, le terminal du destinataire se reconnectera dans les 60 secondes et l'ordre sera copié, mais s'il est supérieur à 60 secondes, l'ordre sera ignoré.
Définissez la taille du lot par : Choisissez comment le volume de transactions sur le compte du destinataire sera défini. Il y a 3 options :

= taille du lot du fournisseur : La taille du lot du destinataire sera la même que la taille du lot du fournisseur.
Multipliez par la taille du lot du fournisseur : La taille du lot du destinataire sera multipliée par un facteur avec la taille du lot du fournisseur.
Taille de lot fixe : Chaque transaction sur le compte du destinataire sera définie avec une taille de lot fixe, quelle que soit la taille du lot du fournisseur.

Filtre de commande : Sélectionnez les types de commandes à copier. Certains filtres sont destinés à la fois au fournisseur et au destinataire, mais le choix du fournisseur est prioritaire. Il existe plusieurs options :

Strategy.

Input parameters:

Lot size (per 1K) = lot size per every 1000 of your free margin, so AGS automatically scales order size (recommended 0.5-2.5 and !! CANNOT USE 0.01 !!)
dynamiclot - false=scaling is off

Sell Start=higher the value is = more success probability when opening SHORT, but less trades are being open. Lowering value will launch more trades with higher risk of loosing(use 80-110)

Buy Start=lower the value is = more success probability when opening BUY, but less trades are being open. Increasing value will launch more trades with higher risk of loosing.(use -10 -20)

Sell Limit= similar as sell start -> higher value= more success%, lower value = more trades. This number sets strictness of trend identification for short pos. (use 45-80)

Buy Limit= similar as buy start -> lower value= more success%, higher value = more trades. This number sets strictness of trend identification for buy pos. (use 20-55)

When there are very long-lasting trends on the market, its better to use strict limits to not start trading against trend. Eg.: = SLimit >65 & BLimit <35

Stop Loss (use 150-300)

Take Profit (use 50-200)

Suitable SL and TP depends on your risk settings, lower risk=(SStart>90 & BStart<15), higher risk= (SStart<80 & BStart>20)

Sell SLR= multiplier for SELL-STOP LOSS (use 1.0 or 0.5-2.0) = SL-SELL*SLR

Sell/Buy TP ratio <-0.9-0.5> = TP for buys is bigger and TP for sells is lower= TP-BUY*(1+TPR) and TP-SELL*(1-TPR)

MD = minimal difference = for confirming trade, I usually use 0. Higher number = less trades, more success chance

Lower number = more trades, less success chance (recommended use 0 or <-10,10> and limit:<-100,100>)

VirtualStop – choice between virtual (true) and fixed (false) StopLoss and TakeProfit (recommended always TRUE and using VPS )

Delay = option for ignoring trade opportunity right after last trade, delay on = more safety and less trades vs. delay off = higher potential profit
