New York-based TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (TKO) operates as a sports and entertainment company. Valued at a market cap of $34 billion, the company operates through three segments: UFC, WWE, and IMG, and distributes programming content; ticket sales and site fees associated with the business's global live events; partnerships and marketing; and consumer products licensing agreements, among others. TKO is expected to release its Q3 2026 earnings on Wednesday, November 4, after the market closes.

Ahead of the event, analysts expect the company’s EPS to be $1.20 on a diluted basis, up140% from $0.50 in the year-ago quarter. The company has exceeded Wall Street’s EPS estimates in only one of its last four quarters, while missing on three other occasions.

On Aug. 4, TKO stock rose marginally following the release of its mixed Q2 2026 earnings. The company’s revenue for the quarter amounted to $1.6 billion, surpassing the consensus estimates. However, its adjusted EPS came in at $1.63, failing to top the Street’s forecasts. Despite the shortcoming of its earnings, the company raised its fiscal 2026 guidance, with its revenue being in the range of $5.78 billion to $5.83 billion, and its adjusted EBITDA being in the range of $2.28 billion to $2.31 billion. Management cited strong results from UFC and WWE, along with robust free cash flow, as the primary drivers behind its growth.

Analysts are highly bullish on TKO, with the stock having a “Strong Buy” rating overall. Among the 24 analysts covering the stock, 18 are recommending a “Strong Buy,” one suggests a “Moderate Buy,” and five suggest a “Hold” for the stock. TKO’s average analyst price target is $229.70, indicating an upside of 29.1% from the current levels.
