U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 1% on Thursday.
Shares of Amtech Systems Inc ASYS fell sharply in today's pre-market trading after the company cut its revenue forecast for the second quarter.
The company said it now sees second-quarter revenue of $15 million-$16 million, down from its earlier outlook of $21 million-$23 million.
Amtech Systems shares dipped 8% to $3.92 in the pre-market trading session.

Antelope Enterprise Holdings Ltd AEHL declined 28.1% to $3.20 in pre-market trading after jumping 104% on Wednesday. Metallus Inc MTUS slipped 25.3% to $9.50 in pre-market trading after gaining 11% on Wednesday. Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc. HLX shares tumbled 23% to $5.30 in pre-market trading. Concrete Pumping Holdings, Inc. BBCP fell 16.7% to $4.80 in pre-market trading after gaining 10% on Wednesday. Olaplex Holdings, Inc. OLPX dipped 16.1% to $1.04 in pre-market trading. Varex Imaging Corporation VREX fell 12.7% to $7.58 in pre-market trading. United States Steel Corporation X dipped 11.4% to $39.99 in pre-market trading. STMicroelectronics N.V.
