Description

Among the few indicators developed for working with volume data, OBV (On Balance Volume) is the simplest yet most informative one. Its logic is straightforward: when the closing price is above the previous close, today's volume is added to the previous OBV; conversely, when the closing price is below the previous close, today's volume is subtracted from the previous OBV.

Thus, OBV moves in the direction of price, while the magnitude of its movement is determined by the volume. This combination of price and volume data makes OBV a valuable tool.

Given that OBV incorporates both price and volume data, it is sensible to use its output instead of price when calculating indicators like MACD.

OBV MACD employs the same calculations as MACD, with the distinction that its input data for calculation is not the price (close, HLC, HLCC, etc.) but the output of the OBV indicator. It inherits the benefits of the MACD indicator while incorporating volume data, providing additional insights that make it more advantageous.

Mult ATR for FVG height: FVG is considered valid when its height is greater than the ATR multiplied by this value. Default is 0.05.
Bull: Enable/disable Bullish patterns, and set the color of FVG box.
Bear: Enable/disable Bearish patterns, and set the color of FVG box.
Draw structure: This option allow mark pivot point inside model as a,b,c,d: With bullish model, c is LL and d is HH; With bearish model, c is HH and d is LL

Entry at: Choose how entry include:

CE of BRK: 50% of breaker block
Edge of BRK: entry at top of breaker block with bullish model and vice versal
CE of FVG: 50% of fair value gap
Edge of FVG: entry at top of fair value gap with bullish model and vice versal

Rish/Reward and its color settings.
Limit order timelife (in bar): set how many bar that risk and reward box keep drawing

Only model that break previous session: When true, we just care about bullish model have C lower than low of previous session and vice versal. For example, we wait until close asian and just care about bullish model that break lowest of Asian.

L'esclusivo metodo di calcolo oscillatorio consente all'indicatore di non rimanere a lungo nei valori massimi, ma di uscirne in anticipo, in modo simile agli effetti familiari di divergenze e convergenze. Questo metodo include anche un periodo di calcolo specifico e un livello di livellamento delle letture, che le rende più uniformi. Negli indicatori multivaluta i calcoli aumentano i multipli a causa della richiesta di quotazioni non solo per 28 coppie di valute, ma anche per altri strumenti finanziari, se richiesti. It's important to note that liquidation data is not provided on the MT platform.

Yet we know that the liquidation data is closely tied in with trading volumes in the market and the movement in the underlying asset’s price. As a result, this script analyzes available data sources extracts the required information, and presents an educated estimate of the liquidation data. This script use tick volume because of forex market.

The data presented does not reflect the actual individual quantitative value of the liquidation data, traders and analysts shall look to the changes over time and the correlation between liquidation data and price movements.

The script's output with the default option values has been visually checked/compared with the liquidation chart presented on coinglass.com.

🔶 USAGE

Definitions of Liquidity refer to the availability of orders at specific price levels in the market, allowing transactions to occur smoothly.

In the context of Inner Circle Trader's teachings, liquidity mainly relates to stop losses or pending orders and liquidity level/pool, highlighting a concentration of buy or sell orders at specific price levels. Smart money traders, such as banks and other large institutions, often target these liquidity levels/pools to accumulate or distribute their positions.

There are two types of liquidity; Buyside liquidity and Sellside liquidity.

Buyside liquidity represents a level on the chart where short sellers will have their stops positioned, and Sellside liquidity represents a level on the chart where long-biased traders will place their stops.

These areas often act as support or resistance levels and can provide trading opportunities. (Image 1)

When the liquidity levels are breached at which many stop/limit orders are placed have been traded through, the script will create a zone aiming to provide additional insight to figure out the odds of the next price action.

Reversal: It’s common that the price may reverse course and head in the opposite direction, seeking liquidity at the opposite extreme.(Image 2)

Continuation: When the zone is also broken it is a sign for continuation price action. (Image 3)

It's worth noting that ICT concepts are specific to the methodology developed by Michael J. Huddleston and may not align with other trading approaches or strategies. (Image 4)

🔶 DETAILS

Liquidity voids are sudden changes in price when the price jumps from one level to another. Liquidity voids will appear as a single or a group of candles that are all positioned in the same direction. These candles typically have large real bodies and very short wicks, suggesting very little disagreement between buyers and sellers. The peculiar thing about liquidity voids is that they almost always fill up. (Image 5)

When an alert is configured, the user will have the ability to be notified in case;

Liquidity level is detected/updated.
Liquidity level is breached.

Buffer number 0 is for buyside liquidity
