Approximately 33,200 total AlloSure and AlloMap results were reported, including approximately 5,900 AlloSure Heart results.
  • Product revenue grew 23%, primarily from NGS HLA typing products; digital and other revenue increased 4%, partly following the TransChart acquisition.
  • Operating loss narrowed by $4.9 million, but operating expenses rose 55%, led by higher testing costs, research and development, sales and marketing, and general and administrative expenses. G&A included $2.1 million of legal fees.
  • Operating cash outflow increased, substantially reflecting the $20.5 million repayment of the CMS advance and increases in accounts receivable, inventory and prepaid assets.
  • A January–February public offering raised approximately $188.7 million net and issued approximately 2.21 million shares. Cash and securities increased; quarter-end common shares outstanding were 51.9 million, compared with 49.4 million at year-end 2020.
