Q2 operating profit declined primarily because revenue and gross profit fell while selling and administrative expenses increased 1.9%. Management cited restructuring costs, technology and back-office transformation spending, office leases and limited operating leverage. Interest and other expenses, net increased to $11.8 million in Q2 from $6.7 million, principally because of higher interest rates and foreign exchange losses.
