Important facts for investors to verify

  • Whether the planned CLO securitization closed on the expected May 23, 2024 date and its effect on leverage, liquidity, funding costs and portfolio capacity.
  • The sustainability of net investment income after the IPO-related incentive fee, higher interest expense and potential changes in benchmark rates.
  • Compliance with the 150% asset-coverage requirement, borrowing-base availability and lender covenants as portfolio investments settle and unfunded commitments are funded.
  • Credit quality, valuation marks and potential non-accrual exposure across the highly leveraged private-company loan portfolio, particularly second-lien and CLO investments.
  • The effect of issuing dividend-reinvestment shares and any below-NAV share repurchases on NAV per share and shareholder dilution.
  • The approximately $30.8 million of unfunded commitments and the company’s liquidity to meet them if portfolio companies draw under the commitments.
