Shares of Marvell Technology Inc (NASDAQ: MRVL ) fell sharply in pre-market trading following financial results for the second quarter.
Marvell posted second-quarter revenue of $2.74 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $2.71 billion. The chip designer reported adjusted earnings of 94 cents per share for the period, beating estimates of 92 cents per share, according to Benzinga Pro.
Marvell Technology shares dipped 7.6% to $223.00 in pre-market trading.

IREN Ltd (NASDAQ: IREN ) fell 6.2% to $38.00 in pre-market trading following downbeat quarterly results. Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals Ltd (NASDAQ: CUVL ) fell 5.5% to $6.40 in pre-market trading. Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals shares dipped 11% on Thursday after the company reported weak FY26 financial results.
