Intel Corporation ( INTC) shares fell 4.1% after the company announced a $15 billion stock offering to support capital spending, working capital and future growth. MarineMax, Inc. ( HZO) shares surged 46.1% after agreeing to be acquired by Blackstone Infrastructure’s Safe Harbor Marinas for $53 per share in cash, valuing the deal at about $1.5 billion. Archer Aviation Inc. ( ACHR) shares jumped 12% after the company agreed to acquire three subsidiaries of The Boeing Company ( BA), while Boeing also agreed to take an undisclosed stake in Archer. AbCellera Biologics Inc. ( ABCL) shares climbed 34.8% after the company reported positive Phase 2 results showing significant reductions in the frequency and severity of menopause-related hot flashes.
