I think that trust is very important, particularly in the context of trading, and I always make it a point of providing clear information regarding how my EAs function, their advantages, their limitations, and the role of broker execution and the actual market conditions.
I don't want to set up unrealistic expectations or guarantee any profits, since trading always carries a risk and I aim to develop a long-term relationship with my users on the basis of honesty and transparency.
I always enjoy assisting my customers with setting things up, answering their questions and making sure they understand how to use my products properly. I consider feedback to be very important since it enables me to keep on improving my work.
What I want to do is not just promote an Expert Advisor, but to develop products that I myself believe in and to provide support for those who decide to use them.
