What Are Wall Street Analysts' Target Price for CDW Corporation Stock?

Vernon Hills, Illinois-based CDW Corporation (CDW) provides information technology (IT) solutions in the United States and internationally. The company has a market cap of $17.2 billion and operates through three segments: Commercial, Government, and Education, and offers discrete hardware and software products and services, as well as integrated IT solutions, including on-premises and cloud capabilities across hybrid infrastructure, digital experience, and security. 

CDW stock has lagged behind the broader market over the past year, falling 16.4% compared to the S&P 500 Index’s ($SPX20.5% surge. Moreover, in 2026, the stock has grown marginally, underperforming the SPX’s 12.1% rise.

Focusing on its industry benchmark, the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLK) has risen 41.6% over the past year, outperforming the stock. In 2026, XLK has grown 27.3% and has also outpaced the stock.

CDW stock has faced a plethora of fundamental-related problems over the past year, putting off investor confidence in the stock. The company’s annual sales growth of 3.6% over the last five years lagged behind its business peers. Moreover, the company has an estimated sales growth of 3.7% for the next year, suggesting slower demand. Additionally, CDW’s annual EPS growth has underperformed its revenue over the past couple of years, pointing towards less-than-profitable sales figures.         

For the current year, which ends in December, analysts expect CDW’s EPS to increase 7.9% to $10.28 on a diluted basis. The company surpassed the consensus estimate in three of the last four quarters, while missing on one occasion.

Among the 11 analysts covering CDW stock, the consensus is a “Moderate Buy.” That’s based on six “Strong Buy” ratings, one “Moderate Buy,” and four “Holds.”

The configuration has remained unchanged over the past months.

On July 22, J.P. Morgan analyst Joseph Cardoso initiated coverage on CDW stock and set a “Buy” rating with a price target of $175. 

CDW’s mean price target of $155.70 offers a 13.4% upside compared to the current market price. Its Street-high target of $170 implies a 23.9% upside from current levels.
