The top line is the same middle line shifted up by a certain number of standard deviations.
The bottom line is the middle line shifted down by the same number of standard deviations.

The features of this indicator include:

sharp price changes, usually occurring after a narrowing band, corresponding to a decrease in volatility;
if prices go beyond the band, a continuation of the current trend should be expected;
if peaks and troughs outside the band are followed by peaks and troughs inside the band, a trend reversal is possible;
a price movement that started from one of the band's borders usually reaches the opposite border.
The latter observation is useful in predicting price targets.

The interpretation of Bollinger Bands is based on the fact that prices tend to stay within the upper and lower bounds of the band. A distinctive feature of Bollinger Bands is their variable width due to price volatility. During periods of significant price changes (i.e., high volatility), the bands widen to give room to prices. During periods of stagnation (i.e., low volatility), the bands narrow, keeping prices within their boundaries.

I personally use this indicator to scalp. Accurate for accessing extremes and supports for buy positions primarily for 1 minute time frames. Other time frames can be used but the levels are different. Its a better oscillator and compare with others to see the difference.

What Is the Average True Range (ATR)?

The average true range (ATR) is a technical analysis indicator, introduced by market technician J. Welles Wilder Jr. in his book New Concepts in Technical Trading Systems, that measures market volatility by decomposing the entire range of an asset price for that period.

The true range indicator is taken as the greatest of the following: current high less the current low; the absolute value of the current high less the previous close; and the absolute value of the current low less the previous close. The ATR is then a moving average, generally using 14 days, of the true ranges.

Simple Fractal Search Algorithm

The algorithm finds the fractals based on your setting paramers for candles around fractal high or low. When a price fractal is identified, we then search for an order block around the fractal zone.

This is not a realtime algorithm and its perfectly ok. It is fractal based. ?? What does that mean ?? A fractal (set of candles that meet a specific criteria or rules) must first be identified. In this case the rules detect whether we have a high or low. When a high or low has been identified, that is only and only when an Order block will be sought within that fractal. As such, because a fractal has to be identified first, the indicator does not repaint.

For example: if you select that CandlesAroundFractal = 3, this means that for a fractal high/low to be identified there must be 7 candles that form the fractal, 1 candle at the extrema, 3 candles to the left and 3 candles to tha right. On the open of the 4th candle to the right the fratal will have been fully created and rules having been met - this is the point in time when the orderblock will be searched for.

This algorithm only identies orderblocks at etremum points only i.e (Fractal Highs and Fractal Lows).

For an order block to be identified there must be x*CandlesAroundFractal. In other words for a candle to be a qualified orderblock it must have x candles around fractal on either side.

Naive Fractal Movers Algorithm

This algorithm is a modified version of the simple fractal search algorithm. It used a lower candle around fractal value. Recommended is 2/3. it then identifies only the orderblocks that have price that move away from the orderblock within a set candle count threshhold (fast move detection candle limit)

Candle Transition Algorithm

This algorithm identifies orderblocks by first identifying a a shift from bull to bear of from bear to bull candle. Then the next consecutive candles must be one directional.

Also for stricter orderblock selection you can choose to only identofy those whose shift candle is engulfing for strength identificaion.

Note:

The indicator will detect and plot bullish and bearish orderblocks for an timeframe your chart is currently displaying.

Average Value
This value defines the number of reversal points. The higher this number, the narrower the reverse channel. Depending on what is being traded, this value should be increased or decreased.

Check history bars
The number of historical candles that will be used to draw the Reversal Channel.

Divide Lines
The user entered the factor by which the value of the outer channel is divided. The trend channel is drawn on the basis of this.

Individual channel
If an individual channel is preferred, the value can be entered in section 2. The value \"0\" automatically determines the channel on the basis of the historical candles and the reversal points. All other values generate an individual channel.
The reversal / trend channel can be shown / hidden with the parameters specified in section 3.

Estratégia:

Fractais são uma combinação de velas que formam uma figura geométrica em forma de cunha com um pico no centro. Ou seja, quando o preço médio é um pico e os subsequentes e anteriores antes do pico estão localizados abaixo ou acima da vela de pico. Essas marcas podem ser usadas como níveis de suporte e resistência. AW Flexible Fractals é um indicador que indica sinais não instantaneamente, mas com atraso, devido à estrutura do fractal.

Para detectar um sinal na variável “Número de velas em cada lado do fractal” você pode ajustar o número de barras em cada lado do ponto central do fractal.

As configurações padrão usam o valor “2” - isso significa que o sinal será definido quando em relação ao fractal central (superior) houver 2 barras abaixo de cada lado. Destes, o mais próximo do fractal de cada lado será o do meio e o próximo será o mais baixo do grupo. O indicador desenhará um fractal quando todas as barras do padrão estiverem fechadas.

O trader pode ajustar o tipo de fractais:

Ao utilizar o tipo \"Todos os Fractais\", haverá mais sinais, pois o número fractal para a chegada do sinal não precisa ser exato.
Ao usar o tipo \"Strong Fractals\", menos sinais serão recebidos, mas o número ao formar um grupo deve ser mais preciso e o sinal deve ser mais forte.

Configurações de entrada:

Fype_of_fractal - Selecione o tipo de sinais recebidos ao formar fractais.
