The main idea of the indicator:

You put 21 EMA on your chart, take our Colored RSI, and this indicator.

When the price is below 21 EMA and price is going up to it, 21 will act as resistance do not take a position, even if you got a signal (arrow) to buy. You wait for the candle to close above 21 on that Time Frame, then you take a position, stop loss is on low of the signal or last local low. Make 3-5 Profit Targets, and first profit target(PT) is the same distance as is your entry to your stop loss at least (if you know how to see levels, it's on first resistance). Every other PT, is the same distance, or on the next resistance if you know how to read levels. Same stuff just other way around for sell (short) signal.

Important:

When Price Action is flat (21 is flat), and you are in position, do not take other way position, till you get stop out, and when you get stop out and you see price action is still flat, wait for another candle closure to see, some verification in the market. This is not to often but it happens.

To summaries, when indicator showing buy arrow, and RSI is flashing green, I would take buy (long position), with a stop loss on previous local low (if it's on the same candle there is easy stop loss then).

When indicator point red arrow and RSI confirming red line, you can take Sell (short position) with a stop loss on the previous high.

My recommendation would also be, few profit targets, and after each profit target move stop loss (after first profit target move stop loss to break even, after second profit target move stop loss on first profit target and so on).

Using modern software development methods has made the indicator as functional as possible. O sistema de negociação consiste em dois indicadores combinados: Média Móvel e Canal Donchian.

Canal Donchian – projetado para determinar o estado atual de um instrumento financeiro; o indicador é construído de acordo com as regras clássicas para determinar uma tendência ou flat. Um novo máximo local é superior ao anterior, um novo mínimo local é superior ao anterior, considera-se que o instrumento financeiro está em “Tendência ascendente” Um novo máximo local é inferior ao anterior, um novo mínimo local é inferior ao anterior considera-se que o instrumento financeiro está em “tendência de baixa”. Se não pudermos aplicar nenhuma das regras descritas acima, considera-se que há incerteza ou estabilidade no instrumento financeiro.

Média Móvel – média móvel, destinada a determinar o ponto de entrada no mercado. O indicador possui três médias móveis com períodos diferentes. Média móvel lenta - mostra a direção para entrar no mercado. Média móvel – confirma a tendência atual de um instrumento financeiro. Média móvel rápida – mostra o ponto de entrada junto com a barra fechada atual.

Compra de um instrumento financeiro:

Para comprar, é necessário levar em consideração o seguinte estado do indicador: Para períodos de 1 hora, 4 horas e 1 dia, há uma tendência de alta de acordo com a regra do canal Donchian descrita acima. - Três médias móveis mudaram de cor e mostram tendência crescente. A última vela do período fechou com crescimento, enquanto a mínima da última vela está abaixo da média móvel rápida. Para vender um instrumento financeiro, é levado em consideração um sinal reverso.

Mantendo uma posição:

Para uma posição aberta, são usados Stop Loss, Take Profit e Trailing Stop: Take Profit é colocado abaixo da linha superior do canal Donchian. Stop Loss é colocado abaixo da linha inferior do canal Donchian. O Trailing Stop deve ser colocado no tamanho de um terço do canal.

Fechando uma posição:

De acordo com o Trailing Stop, caso o volume de uma posição seja maior que o lote mínimo, é possível fechar parte da posição e transferir o restante sem perda. Com base no sinal oposto da estratégia de negociação.

Recomendações gerais.

Comece a analisar um instrumento financeiro a partir de períodos anteriores de 4 horas e 1 dia.
Sempre defina Stop Loss e Take Profit, proteja sua posição por qualquer método, o principal é não receber perdas superiores a 1-2% do depósito.
Deixe seus lucros crescerem, aproveite o fechamento parcial da posição, transfira os saldos para sem perda e deixe-os por muito tempo.
Trabalhe com diversos instrumentos financeiros, assim você receberá mais sinais para negociação.

The Market Momentum indicator visually guides traders when the market is above or below the ZERO-line, indicating the probable \"side\" of the market. You can adapt when the indicator will color the oscillator lines changing the \"Flat\" values.

You can also test the theory of the crossing of the Overbought and Oversold thresholds. Or, entering the Zones and paying attention when the oscillator leaves the Zones, watching for divergencies, etc...

** The twist if this PRO version is the addition of 4 possible timeframe calculations that can be added within the indicator. Once the signal is generated, you can use several strategies to enter the Trades:

Dessa forma, o trader pode se concentrar mais facilmente apenas nos momentos importantes para sua estratégia de negociação. As barras filtradas são pintadas usando a terceira cor (branco por padrão).

- on the right, at the price scale only for the 2nd signal candle
- at the bottom of the chart - starting from the 2nd signal candle, inclusive of the fifth, while the last two \"Zones\" are displayed
- in the MTF panel with the 2nd and as long as there is a zone

Features of working with the indicator:

The BW Dance indicator includes the main indicators of Bill Williams - Alligator, fractals, AO, AS. Therefore, set the indicator on a clean schedule, after that the main indicators of the BV system will appear on the chart automatically
Alerts can be set for any TF. MTF signals - only for standard TFs
To prevent the indicator from covering the indicators, you can move the marker to set the right edge of the chart (at the top of the screen). For the right edge to be “fixed” - you need to press the “Auto Scroll” and “Indent” buttons
Using the Alligator filter in the settings menu, you can filter the \"Zone\" signal when it is displayed on a chart
When switching to another TF:
- the indicator panel always collapses
- settings for alerts set in the control panel are reset
