The strategy is executed with pending orders that are automatically triggered once the price crosses the indicated levels. The pending orders are placed at the level of the previous high for buy orders and at the level of the previous low for sell orders.

It should be noted, however, that the strategy performs by accumulating small gains with each trade. It is therefore important to choose a broker that offers low spreads and commissions coupled with fast order execution.

1. Main parameters

Timeframe : The period of time used to identify highs and lows ;
Start_Bars : The number of candles from which to start looking for the previous highs and lows ;
Expiration_Hours : The number of hours of life of the pending order ;
Nb_candles : The number of candles to use to find the previous highs and lows ;
Magic number : This number must be unique for each EA in your account, because the EA use it to identify their own transactions (You can put any integer).

2. time parameter

UseTimeFilter : If true trades will be placed between Starttradingtime and Endtradingtime. All orders and positions will be closed at Endtradingtime ;
StarttradingtimeHour : The hour from which trades can be placed ;
StarttradingtimeMin : The minutes from which trades can be placed ;
EndtradingtimeHOUR : The hour s after which trades cannot be placed.
EndtradingtimeMin : The minutes after which trades cannot be placed.

3. Lot settings

Lots : The number of lots to be indicated manually ;
RiskPercent : The percentage of capital to risk for each trade (set to 0 to use Lots).
Lotfactor : The lot will be multiplied by the lotfactor for the next stop loss order (if you don't want to use it leave it at 1. Only works with manual Lots)

4. Parameter of the opening trades

shifthigh : The distance between the previous high and the the pending order ;
shiftlow : The distance from the previous low to the pending order ;
MinDistPoints : The minimum distance from the previous high (low) to the price that allows placing orders ;
Tp_points : The distance between the price of the pending order and the TP; (let the default value or as far as possible because virtual tp is better to avoid slippage)
Virtual_Tp_Points : The distance between the price of the pending order and the TP ;
Sl_Points : The distance between the price of the pending order and the Sl ;
Trailing_Sl_Points : The distance between the trailing stop and the current market price ;
Tsl_Trigger_Points: The Trailing Stop is activated as soon as a trade has a profit above the trigger points.

5.Close trades settings

CLOSETimeframe : The basic period for the algorithm to close the position (the shorter it is the more it avoids big losses);
Period : The second period to permit the algorithm to filter noise.

6.Challenge settings

Drawdown_monitoring : If True The EA will close your trade if reach the daily_drawdown percent minus 5% ;
capital_challenge : The starting capital of your challenge account ;
drawndown_percent : daily drawdown in percentage not to be exceeded ;
O_drawndown_percent : the overall drawdown in percentage not to be exceeded.
Daily_drawdown_reset_Hour : The Hour your prop firm reset the daily drawdown

- Open 1H period charts for the EURUSD and USDJPY pairs.

A distancia do stop-loss possui um limite maximo para evitar niveis desproporcionalmente grandes em periodos superiores.

Parametros de entrada

Motor de volatilidade: periodo ATR, periodo da media ATR, limiar de compressao, limiar de expansao, mostrar painel.

It is based on the ordinary least squares (OLS) method to estimate the relationship coefficient between the prices of two symbols and then normalizes the spread distribution into Z-Score values.

In a separate indicator window you will see:

Main Z-Score line (red)
Upper and lower thresholds (silver, dashed), set by the user

When the thresholds are reached the indicator signals a potential spread reversal:

Z-Score ≥ +Threshold → signal to sell the first symbol and buy the second
Z-Score ≤ −Threshold → signal to buy the first symbol and sell the second

Additionally, text labels with recommended position sizes (Lots) for both instruments are displayed on the chart, calculated either manually or automatically based on volatility (ATR).

How to use

Apply the indicator to any timeframe on the symbol you want to use as the first instrument (Symbol1).
Open the indicator’s properties window and specify the second symbol (Symbol2) to analyze the spread with.
Set the cointegration period and the Z-Score calculation period, as well as the desired threshold.
Choose the lot-sizing method: manually enter both sizes or leave the automatic calculation of the second lot by volatility.
When signals appear on the chart, refer to the color of the labels:

Green – buy
Red – sell

In the various patterns, the SMC model helps investors identify signals most quickly when prices reverse after the Hunt/Purge point. This is the moment when the model is confirmed. The remaining step is to await the RTO signal.

*** Settings:

+ There is two importance setting is swing length and internal length. Both of them have left side and right side. Swing length is used to fix current intermadiate trend of market. BC/SC always live in top/bottom of swing trend. Meanwhile interanal lenght is used to defind characteristics of consolidation pharse. You free to change it to make most suitable patterm. I found for me and put it in default setting.

+++ If true, in buy model, after hunt, we need price go down to below of SC (vice versal with sell model)

+++ If false pattern confirm faster when price upper SC. This fast, but not reliable

Because of this indicator not run in history data (signal only show when confirm) so some client ask me about that. Let me explain more detail how it work:

The last picture will explain how the indicator looks for signals. Model identification is calculated through confirmation of signals as follows (let take Bearish scenarios for example):

The indicator calculates the closest current swing high point. Swing high is the point where neither the left nor the right side is higher than it. We use swing left/right length to define the length (in bars) for the swing high point . As in the example above, if the price is between points B and C, then A is confirmed to be a swing high.
After determining the swing high, the indicator will look for the Stop hunting point. As in the example above, D is the Stop hunting point.
After the stop hunt is confirmed, the highest candle that creates a swing point will be the area to look for RTO signs. RTO (return to origin) is the point where after creating StopHunt, the price goes below BC (buy climax) then goes up to retest the BC zone. In the example above, E is the point that confirms the price going below the zone created by candlestick C; G is the point that confirms the price going up to retest the Buy climax (at C)

When all 3 points above are confirmed, the indicator will draw the pattern on the chart. From here, if the price returns to test the BC zone, the indicator will notify the user of a sell signal

After the pattern is confirmed and plotted on the chart, if the price exceeds the BC zone, the indicator will consider the pattern invalid and will not continue to extend the BC zone.

Some note:

• When starting to use, the indicator will not draw any signs on the chart. Any signs at this point are meaningless. The signal is only displayed when the RTO (return to origin) is confirmed.

• Defining swing left/right length is important for determining the model. The development team has experimented and found that figures of 60 for swing left and 30 for swing length give the most reliable signals. However, users need to experiment to find the right set of parameters for themselves.

• In the market, it is not easy to find a quality signal that brings us profit. So patience is important. This indicator has great implications when it comes to automating calculation and search work.

• The basic pattern of SMC appears in all time frames. And it reflects a trend. So, don't be afraid to look for a selling pattern even if a sell signal appeared a few candles ago. You can wait for the structure to retracement and continue to enter a Sell order

• ICT MMxM models also follow the basic model of SMC so you can also apply this indicator to ICT theories of Market maker model

This version of SMC back to basic need a highest/lowest point in swing (atlest 60 bar leftside and 30 bar at rightside) to confirm this is Buy/Sell climax. And then need confirm model ( test, stop hunt, rto) to make signal when price retest RTO. So this indicator not provide signal everytime . IMPORTANT recommendations:

Testing: You should ALWAYS download the demo and do some testing on your own broker before buying ANY EA on the MQL5 market!
