Principal risks include interest-rate movements, deposit pricing and liquidity, availability and cost of funding, commercial real estate conditions, credit losses, economic and real-estate-market deterioration, inflation, regulatory changes, competition, cybersecurity and operational failures. The Company’s interest-rate model indicated modest asset sensitivity at March 31, 2024, but management cautioned that model assumptions may not predict actual results.
