Paramount Skydance Corporation is an American multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate. The company's primary corporate headquarters is located at the Paramount Pictures lot in the Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, and Paramount's secondary and operational headquarters, alongside many of Paramount's divisions and subsidiaries, as well as one of Paramount's major offices and meeting places is headquartered at the previous Paramount Global headquarters at One Astor Plaza in New York City. CBS, a major Paramount asset, is also headquartered in New York City, but at the CBS Building and the CBS Broadcast Center both in Midtown Manhattan. Paramount Skydance also houses major offices and operations at the previous Skydance Media headquarters in Santa Monica, California.
