Onco-Innovations (CBOE CA: ONCO) (OTCQB: ONNVF) (Frankfurt: W1H) (WKN: A3EKSZ)  announced the successful completion of a pilot project with Kuano Ltd. that supports advancement of the company’s PNKP Inhibitor Technology (ONC010) through AI-enabled and quantum-based computational analysis. Kuano delivered molecular modeling and computational findings that strengthened Onco’s understanding of how its PNKP inhibitor and related analogs may interact with the target, producing a refined structural hypothesis for PNKP inhibition and establishing a framework for structure-based optimization and future evaluation.

The project also applied quantum-based computational methods to assess PNKP structural behavior and develop human PNKP structural models for follow-on analysis. According to the company, the results are expected to support future initiatives including quantum-based QSAR modeling, toxicity mapping and AI-assisted generative compound design, with the goal of improving compound prioritization and accelerating progress toward preclinical development.
