Evidence First Algo is an independent MT5 research practice operated by gavin1424. The work focuses on XAUUSD and major FX strategies, with emphasis on real-tick testing, time-ordered walk-forward validation, cost sensitivity, profit concentration, execution reliability, and low-correlation EA portfolios.

Every strategy is treated as a conditional system rather than a permanent edge. Research notes separate historical backtests, walk-forward observations, demo or shadow monitoring, and real-account forward evidence. Weak years, failed assumptions, spread and slippage sensitivity, broker-time differences, and server-side risk controls are documented where evidence is available.
