I only have about 3 years of forex trading experience. Most of that time was spent developing strategies and coding robots/EAs. Although I've come close, I haven't developed a consistently successful robot yet. Unit then, I am a full-time manual trader. I have never liked standard candlestick charts. I gravitate toward tick-based charts such as Kagi and Renko because I believe they are the most accurate in reflecting price-action. While not a newbie, I still consider myself a rookie compared to some of the amazing traders I've had the pleasure of observing.
