Following yesterday's rally, Voyager stock is up about 65% versus the start of this year.

Significance of Voyager Contract for VOYG Stock

The USSF contract is largely bullish for VOYG shares mostly because it highlights the company’s deep heritage in radiation-hardened space electronics and precision radio frequency payloads.

Coming right on the heels of record Q2 earnings, where Voyager reported a 51% year-over-year increase in revenue to $52.7 million and a record backlog of nearly $336 million, the Space Force deal reinforces high demand for its defense and national security offerings.

The agreement strengthens VOYG’s ties with the U.S. government and clears the path for follow-on awards. In short, it improves visibility into the company’s future growth and reinforces its credentials with other national-security agencies.

Note that Voyager currently sits above its major moving averages (MAs), with an RSI in the early 70s indicating intense buying pressure.

Jim Cramer Is Bullish on Voyager Shares

Voyager shares look attractive also because of a compelling valuation.

As of this writing, they are trading at a price-to-sales (P/S) multiple of nearly 13x, which makes it significantly cheaper to own than its space infrastructure peers like Rocket Lab (RKLB)

In fact, in a recent segment of Mad Money, former hedge fund manager Jim Cramer dubbed RKLB a speculative bet, recommending investors to instead build a position in Voyager Technologies.

All in all, with $585.5 million in total liquidity and full-year sales guidance raised to $275 at least, VOYG represents a compelling high-growth exposure for defense tech investors willing to absorb near-term volatility.

What’s the Consensus Rating on Voyager Technologies?

Investors could also take heart in the fact that Wall Street analysts also remain positive on VOYG stock for the remainder of 2026.

The consensus rating on Voyager Technologies sits at “Moderate Buy,” with price targets as high as $60 indicating significant upside potential from current levels.
