Iron Mountain’s digital services business is gaining industry recognition, with first-time placements in four analyst reports from Gartner, IDC, and Forrester highlighting its AI-powered InSight DXP platform. Combining intelligent document processing, AI-driven automation, and information governance, the platform positions the company to capitalize on growing enterprise demand for digital solutions. Customer adoption is also expanding, including a partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Social Development Bank.

On Sept. 15, Iron Mountain announced a partnership with the Opéra national de Paris to preserve and digitize its historical poster collection, making the assets accessible online through InSight DXP. The agreement demonstrates the platform’s versatility across customer segments and reinforces Iron Mountain’s expansion beyond traditional information storage into digital content management.

Analysts remain bullish on IRM, with a consensus “Strong Buy” rating. Of the 13 analysts covering the stock, 10 recommend a “Strong Buy,” one a “Moderate Buy,” one a “Hold,” and one a “Strong Sell.” Meanwhile, the average price target of $133.77 suggests potential upside of 16.6% from the current share price.
