Coca-Cola reported better-than-expected third-quarter results on October 27, 2026, although its shares fell 1.6% on the same day. The company’s Q3 2026 net operating revenues increased 7.4% year over year to $13.38 billion, driven by 7% growth in concentrate sales and a 1% increase in price/mix. Global unit case volume rose 5%, led by growth in India, China, Mexico, and Brazil. Comparable EPS increased 11% to $0.91, while comparable operating margin expanded 100 basis points to 32.9%.

Following its quarterly performance, Coca-Cola raised its full-year 2026 comparable EPS growth guidance to at least 11% from 9% to 10%, including an approximately 3% currency tailwind. It also increased its comparable currency-neutral EPS growth outlook, excluding acquisitions and divestitures, to at least 9% from 7% to 8%. Additionally, the company raised its free cash flow forecast to at least $13 billion from approximately $12.4 billion, while updating its organic revenue growth outlook to at least 5% from approximately 5%.

Coca-Cola is also evolving its global marketing strategy. On October 22, 2026, the company completed a global marketing operating system review, retaining WPP as its global creative partner and primary media partner in most markets while appointing Omnicom as its media partner in North America. The new structure aims to strengthen consumer engagement and accelerate growth through integrated data, technology, and AI capabilities.

For the current fiscal year, ending in December 2026, analysts expect KO’s EPS to increase 11.3% to $3.34 on a diluted basis. The company’s earnings surprise history is impressive. It surpassed the consensus estimate in each of the last four quarters.

Among the 25 analysts covering KO stock, the consensus is a "Strong Buy." That rating is based on 19 "Strong Buy" ratings, two "Moderate Buy" ratings, and four "Hold" ratings.

This consensus has remained largely unchanged over the past few months.

On October 28, 2026, TD Cowen analyst Robert Moskow maintained a “Buy” rating on Coca-Cola and raised his price target to $104 from $100.

The mean analyst price target of $98.04 implies a 4.2% premium to KO’s current share price, while the Street-high target of $106 suggests a 12.7% premium.
