Keurig Dr Pepper has rebounded since completing its $18.2 billion acquisition of JDE Peet’s on Apr.1, 2026, outperforming much of the broader sector. The stock’s recovery has been supported by a bullish technical setup, including a golden cross, while stronger-than-expected second-quarter revenue and operating income from JDE Peet’s have further bolstered investor confidence, despite weakness in U.S. coffee sales.

On Oct. 29, 2026, Keurig Dr Pepper launched its $499.99 Keurig Alta brewing system, expanding its at-home coffee portfolio into espresso and café-style beverages. The new platform features plastic-free, compostable AltaRounds, backward compatibility with K-Cup pods, and an integrated milk frother. The launch reinforces KDP’s innovation strategy while creating opportunities to expand its premium coffee offerings and generate recurring consumables revenue through subscription deliveries.

For the current fiscal year, ending in December 2026, analysts expect KDP’s diluted EPS to increase 12.2% to $2.30. The company has met or exceeded Wall Street’s consensus EPS estimates in each of the past four quarters, which is impressive.

Among the 17 analysts covering KDP, the consensus rating is “Moderate Buy.” This assessment is based on 10 “Strong Buy” ratings, one “Moderate Buy” rating, and six “Hold” ratings.

On Oct. 30, 2026, RBC Capital analyst Nik Modi maintained a “Buy” rating on Keurig Dr Pepper and reiterated his $42 price target.

At $36.82, the stock is trading above its mean analyst price target of $36.22, while the Street-high target of $42 implies a 14.1% premium to the current share price.
