Viatris reported its Q3 2026 results on Nov. 5, sending its shares down 1.3% as largely flat revenue growth overshadowed improvements in profitability. Revenue edged down 0.3% year over year to $3.75 billion, as growth in Greater China and new product contributions were offset by supply constraints and competitive pressures across several markets.

Nevertheless, adjusted EPS increased 6% to $0.71, adjusted EBITDA climbed 3.6% to $1.20 billion, and free cash flow surged 23.7% to $813.7 million, reflecting stronger operating efficiency and cash generation. The company also strengthened its growth pipeline through new product approvals and launches, including RYZUMVI and WAKIX, and its planned $1.65 billion acquisition of Pacira BioSciences. Additionally, Viatris raised the midpoints of its full-year 2026 financial guidance across all key metrics, signaling confidence in its earnings trajectory.

For the fiscal year ending in December 2026, analysts expect VTRS’s adjusted EPS to grow 6.8% year over year to $2.51. The company's earnings surprise history is solid. It topped the consensus estimates in each of the last four quarters.

Among the 11 analysts covering the stock, the consensus rating is a “Moderate Buy.” That’s based on six “Strong Buy” ratings, four “Holds,” and one “Moderate Sell.”
