- The Company adopted CECL on January 1, 2020. The adoption increased the loan allowance by $240.5 million and the off-balance-sheet credit exposure allowance by $24.4 million, reducing retained earnings by $92.9 million after the reported adoption adjustments.

- Material risk exposures include the Texas and Oklahoma economies, oil and gas lending, commercial and residential real estate, construction lending, interest-rate volatility, deposit competition, LegacyTexas integration, goodwill impairment, cybersecurity and regulatory changes.
- Oil and gas loans totaled $718.7 million, or 3.8% of total loans, with $389.5 million of unfunded commitments to oil and gas companies. Hotel loans totaled $374.1 million and restaurant loans totaled $204.6 million.
