Shares of Deckers Outdoor have declined 23.8% over the past 52 weeks, lagging behind both the S&P 500 Index's ($SPX) 15% gain and the State Street Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR ETF's (XLY) 8.1% dip over the period.

DECK has lagged the broader market over the past year as investors have grown cautious about slowing growth and profitability pressures. Weak constant-currency growth over the past two years suggests Deckers has struggled to sustain momentum and defend market share in an increasingly competitive footwear market. At the same time, its 18.8% free cash flow margin over the past two years also limits financial flexibility, reducing the company's ability to step up buybacks, dividends, or strategic investments.

Analysts' consensus view on DECK stock is cautiously optimistic, with an overall "Moderate Buy" rating. Among 27 analysts covering the stock, 10 recommend "Strong Buy," two suggest "Moderate Buy," 12 indicate “Hold,” and three advise "Strong Sell." The average analyst price target for Deckers Outdoor is $117.32, suggesting a potential upside of nearly 48.3% from current levels.
