Earnings Preview: What To Expect From Invesco's Report

Atlanta, Georgia-based Invesco Ltd. (IVZ) is a publicly traded investment management firm that serves retail, institutional, and high-net-worth clients, as well as public entities, corporations, unions, non-profit organizations, endowments, foundations, pension funds, financial institutions, and sovereign wealth funds. The company has a $13.5 billion market cap and manages separate client-focused equity and fixed-income portfolios, among other offerings. 

IVZ is expected to release its Q3 2026 earnings Tuesday, October 27, 2026, before the market opens. Ahead of the event, analysts expect the company’s EPS to be $0.75 on a diluted basis, up 23% from $0.61 in the year-ago quarter. The company has exceeded Wall Street’s EPS estimates in three of its last four quarters, while missing on one occasion.

For fiscal 2026, analysts project the company’s EPS to be $2.83, up 39.4% from $2.03 in fiscal 2025. Moreover, its EPS is expected to rise by roughly 16.6% year over year (YoY) to $3.30 in fiscal 2027.

Shares of Invesco have surged 25.9% over the past 52 weeks, outpacing the S&P 500 Index’s ($SPX) 16% rise and the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF’s (XLF) marginal rise during the same time frame.

On July 28, IVZ reported its Q2 2026 earnings, delivering impressive revenue growth. Its Assets Under Management (AUM) for the quarter rose 23.4%, pushing its revenue to rise by an impressive 65.3% year-over-year to $1.3 billion and surpassing the Street’s estimates. Moreover, its adjusted EPS amounted to $0.71, also topping the consensus estimates, along with a rise in its adjusted operating margin to 37.5%, driven by robust growth in ETFs and Index, QQQ, China JV, and Private Markets.  

Analysts are somewhat bullish on IVZ, with the stock having a “Moderate Buy” rating overall. Among the 15 analysts covering the stock, three are recommending a “Strong Buy,” two recommend a “Moderate Buy,” and 10 suggest a “Hold” for the stock. IVZ’s average analyst price target is $34.45, indicating an upside of 13.4% from the current levels.
