Shares of Porch Group Inc (NASDAQ: PRCH ) fell sharply in pre-market trading .
Keefe, Bruyette & Woods analyst Ryan Tomasello downgraded Porch Group from Outperform to Market Perform and raised the price target from $13 to $16.25.
Porch Group shares dipped 8.4% to $13.60 in pre-market trading.
