Price levels to combine - How many price levels combine to cluster. Combining 2x-3x neighboring price levels gives greater predictive value.

Color of the figure - The color of the figure.
Thickness of the figure - The thickness of the outline of the figure.

The Time Adjusted ATR indicator is used to determine the anomalous volatility for exactly specified time of day. The indicator is useful for early identification of reversals, breakthroughs and considering volatility corrections.

Options

• ATR period: the number of bars of the standard ATR indicator for which the averaging is taken (recommended value = 1).

• Normalized Base: how many days (bars) are used to calculate normalization (recommended value = 10 ~ 50).

How is \"Time Adjusted ATR\" calculated?

• Let's say a 9-hour bar has formed on the H1 chart. If the parameters ATR period = 1 and Normalized Base = 10 are set, the average value of the standard ATR is taken at the same time (at 9 o'clock) yesterday, the day before yesterday, etc. ... in 10 days.

** (if ATR period = 3, the average for 3 bars is taken - 9 hours, 8 hours, 7 hours).

• The current standard ATR value is divided by the average and displayed on the indicator chart (green and red bars on each bar).

Similarly, the indicator value is calculated at a specified time on other timeframes. Time Adjusted ATR is suitable for M1 ~ H4 timeframes. Obviously, using this indicator on D1 and higher timeframes is meaningless.

Difference from standard ATR

A typical normal ATP, for example, with a period of 20, looks like a smoothed sine wave and always contains a lot of noise. Using normal ATR, it is difficult to determine the anomalous volatility for a given moment of the day, especially consolidation or at night, when the volatility is low.

Time Adjusted ATR will take into account the volatility correction for the specified time of day and show a clear surge.

Examples of use in the strategies

The Time Adjusted ATR indicator helps to suggest an extreme or a local reversal and to find a more accurate early point of opening or leaving a position. Before a reversal, the indicator will show a pre-emptive peak, as well as help confirm the approach to important price level.

When forming a pattern or approach to the price level (for example, on M30, H1, H4 timeframes), we switch to a small timeframe (M1, M5, M15), determine the high atypical volatility and, considering the bar direction, set the necessary order.

Time Adjusted ATR with a low value is also useful - for example, with narrow consolidation while waiting for a breakdown and opening a session.

Time Adjusted ATR is not recalculated or delayed, since normalization occurs at a specific time of day (the “physiological” market cycle is taken into account).

TrendScore Indicator was devised by Tushar S. Chande and he explained all about its use at his article in Stocks & Commodities: “Rating Trend Strength”.

TrendScore Indicator can be traded in many ways. The approach we choose depends on our trading style:

You can use the zero crossing as an early signal and then buy when the trendscore becomes positive or equal to +10 and sell when it becomes negative or equal to –10.
Also as a filter you can wait one to three bars after the TrendScore reaches +10 or -10 before buying (+ 10) or selling (-10).
Or you can combine the trendscore with a moving average, trading an upward or downward crossover.
Another variation would be to go long after the trendscore crosses from -10 to above +5 and go short after the trendscore falls from +10 to below 5.

You could also combine TrendScore with other indicators of trend strength. For example, if you combine it with the ADX indicator Trendscore would provide an indication of direction, while the ADX can provide additional information about the trend's strength. You could also for example use H1 data to calculate a trend's score and make trades based on a lower timeframe like M15,M5 or M1 etc.

An interception of levels on different timeframes is often an important price zone and it is displayed on the chart as a combination of colors.

The most suitable parameters for each timeframe can be selected in the indicator settings

Plot levels on this timeframe (yes = true, no = false). The indicator plots horizontal levels on different timeframes, Daily by default. In order to see, for example, hourly (H1) levels, set the \"Plot levels on H1 timeframe\" parameter from false to true.
A number of levels pairs (1 levels pair means support and resistance). By default, this parameter equals 1, so there is only one support and one resistance on every selected timeframe. In most cases, such number of levels is sufficient to determine the major price targets.

The lower part of the window contains general settings, that are applied to every timeframe:

Plotting depth is equal to 200 bars by default. It means that support and resistance levels are built using the last 200 bars. Plot overlapping price zones (yes = true, no = false). This parameter lets one choose whether overlapping price zones of a similar timeframe are plotted or not. It makes the price chart clearer and more vivid. This parameter is disabled by default, but if one wants to see all possible levels and their overlaps, one might consider turning it on.

I can say this:the one-day cycle corresponds to the duration of a trading day( for example the one-day cycle for GERMAN DAX index is 14 hours as the trading day is 14 hours).

Obviously in forex market the one-day cycle is 24 hours BUT rarely it is exactly 24....the time window ranges from X hours to Y hours (this is the result of my personal research and if you want to go deeper you need to study the meaning of the sacred numbers and do your own research in counting bars from low to low,high to high and low to high).

A  cycle goes from low to low and each cycle can be divided into sub_cycles and in turn divided into smaller cycles.

How do we understand that a cycle ends and a new one starts?

We have two answers: the first we have to see that the smaller cycles end up inside the window of the larger cycle (parent cycle);both cycles must be below the zero axis,the small cycle is the first to start.

Therefore,in the case of the one-day cycle we must see if half a cycle and a quarter cycle end in the time window of the parent cycle

\r\n\r\n

The second answer\r\nis that a divergence of the half a cycle or a quarter cycle is\r\nformed at the end of the parent cycle.

\r\n\r\n

I divided the\r\ncycles into various durations:

Cómo usar la correlación entre pares de divisas

Supongamos que tu estrategia ofrece una oportunidad de venta en NZD/USD y GBP/JPY al mismo tiempo. Usando la correlación entre pares de divisas de KT, descubres que el porcentaje de correlación entre estos dos pares es del 77%.

Como estos pares están fuertemente correlacionados, operarlos al mismo tiempo solo duplicará tu riesgo. Si pierdes en NZD/USD, es muy probable que también pierdas en GBP/JPY.

El análisis de fortaleza de divisas ayuda a identificar la fuerza y la debilidad de las divisas mediante un cálculo matemático. Se basa en el Índice del Dólar Estadounidense como referencia para calcular los índices de otras divisas.

La metodología se basa en la idea de que para operar con éxito en el mercado Forex, debemos comprar la divisa más fuerte y vender la más débil.

Con una herramienta como esta, puedes observar el flujo completo de las divisas del mercado Forex en un solo gráfico.

- Cómo elegir el mejor par de divisas

Supongamos que tu estrategia ofrece una oportunidad de compra en GBP/JPY y EUR/JPY. Como ambos pares tienen una fuerte correlación positiva, operar los dos duplicaría tu riesgo.

Utilizando la pirámide de fortaleza de divisas, puedes identificar cuál es la divisa más fuerte entre GBP y EUR. Si GBP es más fuerte que EUR, deberías elegir GBP/JPY; si EUR es más fuerte, deberías optar por EUR/JPY.

En general, la correlación es un método estadístico para medir la relación entre dos activos de trading. La correlación de divisas muestra en qué medida dos pares de divisas se mueven en la misma dirección, en dirección opuesta o de forma aleatoria en un período determinado.

Una correlación de +1 se conoce como correlación positiva perfecta: los dos pares se moverán en la misma dirección el 100% del tiempo, como EUR/USD y GBP/USD.
Una correlación de -1 se conoce como correlación negativa perfecta: los dos pares se moverán en direcciones opuestas el 100% del tiempo, como EUR/USD y USD/CHF.
Una correlación de 0 significa que no existe relación entre los dos pares de divisas; sus movimientos son aleatorios.
