Three rules I do not break:

A hard stop loss goes to the broker with every single order. Nothing is held in the EA's memory, nothing disappears if your VPS drops.
No grid, no martingale, no averaging into a loser.
Flat over the weekend.

All my products share the same broker adaptation layer, so lot sizing, stop distances and session times adjust themselves to your contract size, account currency and server timezone. There is nothing to recalibrate.
