Trading first entered my life in the end of 2017 when BTC hit 20k for the first time. For 2 years I think I was lucky and made a little back, but I knew so little I would not call that trading, I was just lucky with my gamble.
Early 2020 I found NNFX and started trading FX CFDs with my own funds. Took me me a year and a half to learn enough to become profitable and in 2021 I started to code.
I have a tech background (I have 20+ years of engineering) and picking up MQL was not hard at all. Since I was already a systematic / algo trader, it was simple for me to code the process I was already doing by hand.
I am a funded trader since early 2022 with over 500k AUM at the moment.
