Key levels: Resistance: 4025–4045 area (breakdown/retest zone) Bearish confirmation: Continued rejection below the broken triangle support Downside target: 3800 region Scenario: If gold remains below the broken triangle support and the regression channel continues to hold, price may extend lower toward the 3800 area. Invalidation: A strong recovery back above the broken structure would weaken the bearish setup.

Gold is currently consolidating above a key support area around 4064–4072 . Price has already shown a reaction from this zone, and the recent structure suggests that buyers may be attempting to regain control. If the support area continues to hold and price breaks above the nearby resistance around 4079 , I will be watching for a potential bullish continuation toward the 4100–4120 area. This idea is invalidated if price breaks and holds below the key support zone.
