(JKHY) is a financial technology company that connects individuals and financial institutions through technology solutions and payment processing services. It operates across four segments: Core; Payments; Complementary; and Corporate and Other, delivering integrated banking systems, digital banking tools, and secure payment processing solutions to banks and credit unions.

Jack Henry & Associates shares climbed 6.5% following its Q4 2026 results on Aug. 18, with better-than-expected EPS of $1.57 and revenue of approximately $644 million. Growth was supported by strong demand for its banking and payments technology, with services and support revenue up 2.5% and processing revenue up 7.5%, while management highlighted a robust sales pipeline and continued adoption of AI-driven solutions. 

For the fiscal year ending in June 2027, analysts expect Jack Henry & Associates’ EPS to grow 5.7% year-over-year to $7.38. The company’s earnings surprise history is promising. It beat the consensus estimates in each of the last four quarters. 

Among the 18 analysts covering the stock, the consensus rating is a “Moderate Buy.” That’s based on 10 “Strong Buy” ratings, two “Moderate Buys,” five “Holds,” and one “Strong Sell.”

This configuration is slightly more bullish than three months ago, with nine “Strong Buy” ratings on the stock.

On Aug. 25, Wolfe Research analyst Darrin Peller increased Jack Henry & Associates’ price target to $215 and maintained an “Outperform” rating.

The mean price target of $187.94 represents a 9% premium to JKHY’s current price levels. The Street-high price target of $215 suggests a 24.7% potential upside.
