MAX Power Mining (CSE: MAXX) (OTC: MAXXF) (FRANKFURT: 89N)  completed its previously announced strategic transaction with Homeland Critical Minerals Corp. following CSE clearance, selling its wholly owned subsidiary, MAX Power Resources LLC, which holds the Willcox Playa Lithium Project in Arizona, in exchange for 11 million Homeland common shares valued at approximately C$1.1 million. The stake represents just under 50% of Homeland’s outstanding shares, providing MAX Power continued exposure to the Willcox Project while allowing the company to remain focused on advancing its Natural Hydrogen strategy at the Lawson Complex and the broader Genesis Trend in Saskatchewan. MAX Power said it may evaluate alternatives for its Homeland share position in the future, including a potential distribution of some or all shares to MAX Power shareholders, subject to applicable corporate, securities and regulatory requirements.
