Crude Oil – Current Analysis

Crude oil remains highly volatile, with Brent trading around the $101–102 area. The short-term bias is neutral to slightly bearish as Middle East exports recover and the G7 reserve release adds additional supply. However, ongoing geopolitical risks and very low global inventories could quickly trigger another upside move.

WTI Trade Setup:

  • Sell zone: $90.50–91.50
  • Stop Loss: $93.00
  • Take Profit 1: $88.50
  • Take Profit 2: $86.50
  • Take Profit 3: $84.50

Alternative bullish setup: If WTI breaks and holds above $92.00, the bearish setup becomes invalid. In that case, upside targets could be $94.50–96.00, with a stop around $89.80.

Key levels:
Support: $88.50 / $86.50
Resistance: $92.00 / $95.00

Overall, I prefer selling rallies rather than chasing longs, but traders should keep position size small because a new Middle East escalation could cause a sharp oil spike.
