What Are Wall Street Analysts' Target Price for Hilton Stock?

With a market cap of $73.6 billion, Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (HLT) is one of the world’s largest hospitality companies, operating and franchising a broad portfolio of hotel and resort brands across luxury, lifestyle, full-service, and focused-service segments. Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, Hilton manages thousands of properties in more than 120 countries, including well-known brands such as Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, DoubleTree, and Hampton. 

The hospitality titan Hilton has outperformed the broader market over the past year and is maintaining that momentum in 2026. HLT stock prices have gained 21% over the past 52 weeks, compared to the S&P 500 Index’s ($SPX20.4% returns. In 2026, the stock is up 13.9%, surpassing the index’s 13.7% rise.

Narrowing the focus, Hilton has outpaced the sector-focused State Street Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund’s (XLY3% uptick over the past 52 weeks and 1% fall on a YTD basis.

On July 28, Hilton reported its FY2026 Q2 earnings and its shares dipped 2.5%. Net income rose to $482 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $1.05 billion. Its adjusted EPS reached $2.29. The company’s system-wide comparable RevPAR increased 3.9% year over year on a currency-neutral basis, reflecting healthy pricing and demand across its hotel network. 

Hilton also continued to expand rapidly, adding 24,100 rooms during the quarter, including 21,600 net additional rooms. This contributed to 6.1% net unit growth from the year-ago period. The company approved another 42,900 rooms for development, taking its development pipeline to a record 541,300 rooms, up 6% year over year. 

For FY2026, ending in December, analysts expect HLT to deliver an adjusted EPS of $9.06, up 11.7% year over year. Further, the company has a solid earnings surprise history. It has surpassed or met the Street’s bottom-line estimates in each of the past four quarters.

Among the 24 analysts covering the HLT stock, the consensus rating is a “Moderate Buy.” That’s based on 13 “Strong Buys,” three “Moderate Buys,” and eight “Holds.”

This configuration is more bullish than a month ago, when the stock had ten “Strong Buy” recommendations. 

On July 21, J.P. Morgan analyst Daniel Politzer maintained an “Overweight” rating on Hilton and raised his price target to $365 from $363. The firm’s updated lodging-sector outlook anticipates broad-based EBITDA upside, with hotel REITs expected to see the strongest gains, supported by robust U.S. RevPAR growth. 

The mean price target of $356.44 represents a premium of 8.9% from the current market price. The street-high target of $400 suggests a 22.2% upside potential.
