REGN’s outperformance has been largely driven by robust commercial momentum across key product lines, led by Dupixent, EYLEA HD, and Libtayo, which propelled the company to record sales highs. Dupixent served as a standout performer, with global sales surging near 38% to a record $6 billion and providing a substantial lift to REGN’s collaboration income. Furthermore, the company strengthened its financial profile by fully repaying the Sanofi (SNY) Development Balance, effectively removing a long-standing profit drag. Concurrently, continuous advancements in its clinical pipeline, highlighted by regulatory review acceptances in the U.S. and Europe for cemdisiran in generalized myasthenia gravis, have reinforced investor confidence in its multi-year growth trajectory.

Analysts’ consensus opinion on REGN stock is moderately bullish, with a “Moderate Buy” rating overall. Out of 29 analysts covering the stock, 18 advise a “Strong Buy” rating, two suggest a “Moderate Buy,” and nine give a “Hold.” REGN’s average analyst price target is $862.21, indicating a potential upside of 10.8% from the current levels.
