Are Wall Street Analysts Bullish on Kenvue Stock?

Skillman, New Jersey-based Kenvue Inc. (KVUE) operates as a consumer health company worldwide. Valued at $37.1 billion by market cap, the company offers a consumer health portfolio in self-care, skin health & beauty, and essential health products.

Shares of this world’s largest pure-play consumer health company have outperformed the broader market over the past year. KVUE has gained 35.6% over this time frame, while the broader S&P 500 Index ($SPX) has rallied nearly 11.1%. In 2026, KVUE’s stock rose 11.9%, surpassing SPX’s 10.7% rise on a YTD basis.

Zooming in further, KVUE’s outperformance is also apparent compared to the State Street Consumer Staples Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLP). The exchange-traded fund has gained about 16.9% over the past year. However, the ETF’s 15.1% gains on a YTD basis outshine the stock’s returns over the same time frame.

KVUE has shown a notable recovery and steady outperformance, rebounding from its 52-week lows near $14.06 to trade around the $19.31 mark. This upward trajectory has been anchored by consistent operational execution, highlighted by four consecutive quarters of net and organic sales growth, culminating in Q3 net sales and resilient volume gains in its Self Care and Essential Health segments. Furthermore, ongoing supply-chain optimization, structural restructuring initiatives targeting substantial annual cost savings, and an attractive dividend yield exceeding 5% have reinforced investor confidence, helping the stock outpace broader defensive sector sluggishness amid anticipation surrounding its pending corporate transaction developments.

On Oct. 30, KVUE shares closed down by 1.3% after reporting its Q3 results. Its adjusted EPS of $0.29 beat Wall Street expectations of $0.28. The company’s revenue was $3.9 billion, meeting Wall Street forecasts.

For the current fiscal year, ending in December, analysts expect KVUE’s EPS to rise 5.6% to $1.14 on a diluted basis. The company’s earnings surprise history is mixed. It beat the consensus estimate in three of the last four quarters while missing the forecast on another occasion.

Among the 13 analysts covering KVUE stock, the consensus is a “Hold.” That’s based on one “Strong Buy” rating, and 12 “Holds.”

The configuration has been consistent over the past three months.

On Oct. 15, Peter Grom from UBS maintained a “Hold” rating on KVUE, with a price target of $19.

The mean price target of $19.42 represents a marginal premium to KVUE’s current price levels. The Street-high price target of $22 suggests an upside potential of 13.9%.
