Alexandre Mongeon, CEO and Co-Founder of Vision Marine Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: VMAR ), was recently a guest on Benzinga All Access.
Mongeon discussed third-quarter results – in which revenue was up 27% year-over-year – and how the company’s e-motion electric propulsion system, which is designed to replace traditional internal combustion engines on recreational boats, is doing.
"The majority of our revenue comes from the regular business of gas boat sales, marina and service, but (e-motion) is increasing month by month," Mongeon told Benzina during the interview. "It’s only been a year that we have a retail space. The future is pretty good. The sales are increasing every week."
