Coty Inc. COTY is sharpening focus on product innovation to strengthen sales momentum across prestige fragrances and cosmetics. Through the Coty.Curated framework, the beauty company is prioritizing fewer, bigger and more impactful launches, supported by focused investments in core brands. The strategy emphasizes introducing products that generate incremental demand while strengthening existing franchises. New offerings across Hugo Boss, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Kylie Cosmetics and Calvin Klein remain central to Coty's growth initiatives.
Recent launches have shown encouraging traction. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, prestige cosmetics delivered double-digit sales and sell-out growth, supported by Kylie, Burberry and the early contribution from Marc Jacobs makeup. Marc Jacobs fragrances recorded double-digit sales growth over the past six months, aided by the Daisy Murakami collection and Perfect Absolute. Kylie Cosmetics also achieved double-digit growth in both fragrance and makeup sales during the same period. Meanwhile, Calvin Klein's Euphoria Elixirs supported fragrance share gains across Germany, France, Italy and Mexico.
Coty's fiscal 2027 innovation pipeline includes BOSS Bottled Beyond for Her, extending the franchise into women's fragrances, alongside Kylie Cosmetics' Mood Stones fragrance collection. Marc Jacobs Beauty makeup, launched online in June 2026, recorded an early online sell-out at Sephora ahead of targets, with a broader rollout into hundreds of U.S. Sephora stores and Travel Retail beginning in September. Planned fragrance introductions under Etro in the second half of fiscal 2027, Swarovski in calendar 2027 and Marni in fiscal 2028 are expected to broaden Coty's portfolio.
In Consumer Beauty, Coty is concentrating on high-impact launches across CoverGirl, Rimmel, Max Factor and Sally Hansen. These targeted introductions, alongside continued prestige innovation, are designed to strengthen core franchises and support more consistent sales growth.
