How it works

On every new bar close the indicator scans a configurable rolling window of price history and detects swing highs and lows. Each pivot is filtered for quality doji candles and micro-pivots on tight-range bars are rejected before scoring begins. Qualifying swings are scored across five independent factors and assigned a composite score from 0 to 100. The score maps directly to visual weight on the chart.

When two or more swing points form within the equal-level merge tolerance, they are treated as the same cluster. Tighter matches receive a proportional bonus up to +15 points. These confluenced equal highs and lows represent the highest-probability stop targets in the market. Lines expire automatically after a configurable number of bars with no price interaction. If price revisits a level, the idle counter resets and the score recalculates against current market context.

Scoring engine

Five factors determine the score of every level.

Recency (20%)

Recent swings score higher using exponential decay. A level formed five bars ago outranks an identical level from forty bars ago. MTF levels decay four times slower, reflecting the structural persistence of higher timeframe swings.

Touch count (25%)

Every time price tests a level without breaking it, stops accumulate on both sides. Scores scale to five touches, with diminishing returns beyond that. Touch count carries the highest default weight.

Distance from price (15%)

Closer levels are more immediately actionable. Score decays linearly to zero at the auto-calibrated decay range.

Round number proximity (20%)

Retail traders and algorithmic systems place orders at psychologically significant round levels. The indicator auto-detects the appropriate interval per instrument class and scores levels by proximity within that interval.

Session proximity (20%)

Session open and close prices attract disproportionate order placement. Each session open is weighted by the size of its opening candle relative to the median ATR. A strong directional candle at the NY open contributes more than a doji at an Asia open. London receives a 1.3x multiplier. NY receives a 1.5x multiplier.

All five weights are fully configurable. The scoring function normalizes the weights automatically so they do not need to sum to any specific value.

Visual tiers

Score 75 to 100: Red line, configurable width (default 3px).

High-density cluster. Highest probability stop target.

Score 55 to 74: Orange line, configurable width (default 2px).

Medium-density cluster. Notable but below primary threshold.

Score 40 to 54: Gold line, configurable width (default 1px).

Low-density cluster. Contextual confluence only.

Below InpMinScore: Not drawn. No visual clutter.

Each line displays a label at the right edge showing the level type (SH = Swing High, SL = Swing Low), the score, and the touch count if greater than one. Hovering over any line shows the full tooltip with type, score, touch count, and idle bar count.

Dashboard panel

The indicator includes a live dashboard panel that shows a real-time summary of active clusters and market context.

The panel is draggable. Click and hold anywhere on the panel and drag it to any position on the chart. It stays where you leave it for the duration of the session.

Panel contents:

- Current active session (Asia, London, NY Session, Pre-Market)

with colour coding per session

- HTF overlay status and timeframe when enabled

- Active cluster counts by tier (High / Med / Low)

- HTF level count when overlay is enabled

- Distance and direction to the nearest cluster from current price,

highlighted in red when within alert proximity

- Ranked table of top clusters by score showing type, price, score,

and touch count

All panel colours are configurable through the input parameters.

Multi-timeframe overlay

Enable the HTF overlay to draw higher-timeframe swing levels directly on your current chart. HTF levels render in purple with a dashed line style, visually distinct from current-timeframe levels. HTF levels use a four-times slower recency decay than current-timeframe levels, reflecting their greater structural persistence. An H4 swing from twenty bars ago is more significant than an M15 swing from twenty bars ago, and the scoring reflects that. HTF levels are maintained in a separate scoring pool from current-timeframe levels. They are never cross-contaminated. Select any higher timeframe from the InpMTFTF dropdown.

Useful combinations:

Swing Detection

InpSwingWindow (default 20): Candles each side of the pivot for swing detection. Increase for fewer, more significant levels.

Decrease for more levels at the cost of more noise.

InpExpiryCandles (default 50): Bars of no price interaction before a level is removed from the chart.

InpBodyFilter (default 0.15): Minimum body-to-range ratio for a pivot candle to qualify. Rejects doji and spinning top candles as cluster anchors. Set to 0 to disable this filter.

Scoring Weights

InpWtRecency (default 0.20): Weight for the recency factor.

Recommended Usage

Attach the indicator to any chart. The dashboard will scan all configured symbols regardless of the current chart. For on-chart signals, the indicator generates arrows only on the symbol currently displayed. Use the Fusion Score and Quality Grade columns to identify the strongest opportunities. Click on any row in the dashboard to switch the chart to that symbol.

### How It Works

#### Layer 1 — Volatility-Adaptive Trailing Stop

The first layer tracks momentum using a dynamic trailing stop that adjusts

automatically to current market volatility. The stop can only move in one

direction — it never retraces. A signal fires **only when price makes a

decisive cross**, confirming a genuine momentum shift rather than a

noise-driven fluctuation.

This single mechanic filters out the vast majority of whipsaw entries seen

in standard crossover-based systems.

#### Layer 2 — Trend Bias Filter

A medium-term trend line is computed bar-by-bar without any external

indicator dependency, ensuring consistent results across all brokers and

data feeds.

The rule is simple:

- **BUY signals** are only shown when price is in a bullish position relative to the trend.

- **SELL signals** are only shown when price is in a bearish position relative to the trend.

In practice this eliminates the majority of counter-trend entries that occur

during the sideways consolidation phases common in gold intraday trading.

#### Layer 3 — Multi-Timeframe Confirmation

Before displaying a signal, the indicator independently evaluates trend direction

on two configurable higher timeframes (default: M5 and M15 when trading M1).

All three timeframes must agree on direction for the signal to be shown.

When a flip occurs on the current timeframe but the higher timeframes disagree,

the signal is silently suppressed. A yellow **⚠** warning marker is placed on the

chart and a separate alert fires — useful as a \"move stop to breakeven\" notification

for any open position.

This layer alone eliminates entries against the dominant trend structure, the single

most common cause of avoidable losses in scalping.

Two Entry Modes

The EA allows selecting the entry mode depending on market regime:

Breakout Mode — enters when price closes above the upper band (long) or below the lower band (short), confirming breakout with volume and minimum score. Ideal in high-volatility sessions like London open or macro data releases.
Pullback Mode — enters when price retraces toward EMA 200 within a configurable ATR zone and bounces in favor of the trend. More selective, with better risk/reward ratio in trending markets.

8 Stacked Quality Filters

Each signal must pass all active filters before execution:

Time filter — trades only within configured time window
Spread filter — rejects entries when spread exceeds defined maximum
ATR volatility filter — avoids overly quiet or explosive markets
RSI momentum filter — checks RSI is in favorable zone
ADX filter — confirms presence of real trend (not sideways range)
Multi-timeframe filter — verifies trend alignment on H1 using independent EMA
Market context filter — classifies market into 5 contexts and activates/discards entries accordingly
Circuit breaker — halts trading if triggered by consecutive losses or daily drawdown

Active Position Management

Once a trade is opened, the EA actively manages each ticket:

Structural or ATR Stop Loss: SL is calculated using the opposite band level as natural support/resistance, with fallback to ATR × multiplier if structural level is invalid.
Partial Take Profit: closes a configurable percentage (default 50%) of the position at the first RR target, securing gains without closing the entire trade.
Automatic Break-even: moves SL to entry price + 1 point when price reaches minimum RR, eliminating risk in advancing trades.
ATR Trailing Stop: follows price at ATR × multiplier distance. Can activate from entry or only after break-even. TP shifts the same distance as SL when trailing advances, preserving the original RR.

Intelligent Circuit Breaker

The EA includes an automatic pause system to protect the account against losing streaks or unexpected macro events:

Pause after consecutive losses: stops if max configured losing streak is reached

Protection & Filters

Trailing Stop

Once a trade moves into profit, the Stop Loss automatically follows the price tick by tick — locking in gains while letting winners run. The trailing distance and minimum step size are both configurable via ATR multipliers.

Trend Filter (MA)

Two moving averages define the current trend. The EA only takes signals aligned with the prevailing direction — no fighting the tape. A reversal mode is also available for counter-trend strategies.

Flat Market Protection

When price is ranging close to the slow MA, the EA steps aside. No signals are taken in low-momentum, sideways conditions — a common source of false pattern signals on gold.

Volatility Filter

SIGNAL Tab — The full signal confluence view. Each indicator on each timeframe is color-coded individually so you can see exactly where agreement and disagreement lies across timeframes.
TRADE Tab — Position sizing and execution. Three adjustable fields (Risk, Stop-Loss, Take-Profit) with spin controls. Below them: calculated lot size, actual dollar risk, risk as a percentage of balance, current balance, order count, and symbol information (minimum stop distance, cost per point). Configure trailing start distance, step size, break-even trigger, and offset — all adjustable from the panel. A live status line shows whether trailing or break-even is active and how many positions are being managed.

Theme System

Choose between three visual themes: System (automatically matches your MetaTrader chart background), Light, or Dark. The entire panel — including the title bar, borders, backgrounds, text, buttons, and all controls — updates to a coordinated color palette. Every element remains readable regardless of which theme you choose.

Safety Features

BLOCKED status — If your stop-loss is below the broker's minimum distance, the status bar turns red and shows \"BLOCKED\". You cannot accidentally place a trade with an invalid stop-loss.
BLOCKED — Risk > Balance — If your risk amount exceeds your account balance, execution is blocked.
WARNING — If your risk exceeds 10% of your balance, the status bar turns orange with a clear warning. You can still execute if you choose to.
Over-Risk indicator — When even the minimum lot size risks more than your target, the panel highlights this so you know you are risking more than intended.
Order splitting — If your calculated lot size exceeds the broker's SYMBOL_VOLUME_MAX, the panel automatically splits it into multiple orders. You see the split count before executing.
Manual lot override — Enable the manual lot checkbox to type your own lot size directly, bypassing the calculator when you want full control.

Signal Engine Details

The confluence scanner evaluates 5 indicators on 7 timeframes (35 individual scores). Each cell scores +1 (bullish), -1 (bearish), or 0 (neutral):

RSI — Below oversold level = bullish (+1), above overbought = bearish (-1)
EMA Crossover — Fast EMA above slow = bullish, below = bearish
MACD — MACD line above signal line = bullish, below = bearish
Stochastic — Below oversold = bullish, above overbought = bearish
Bollinger Bands — Price below lower band = bullish, above upper band = bearish

Signals are generated on the confirmed (closed) M1 bar to avoid repainting. When the total score crosses your bullish or bearish threshold, a signal arrow can be drawn on the chart and alerts can be sent (desktop popup, push notification, and/or sound — all configurable).

Trade Management Details

Trailing Stop — When a position's profit (in points) reaches the trailing start distance, the stop-loss begins following price at the configured step interval. The stop only moves in your favor — it never moves backward. Both the start distance and step are adjustable from the panel.
Break-Even — When a position's profit reaches the trigger distance, the stop-loss moves to the entry price plus an optional offset (to cover spread/commission). Each position is moved to break-even only once. Break-even runs before trailing, so the trailing stop can take over after break-even is set.
Position Navigator — Shows position details in the format: \"1/3 BUY 0.50 +$12.50\". Use the arrow buttons to browse through all open positions. CLOSE removes the selected position. CLOSE ALL removes every position on the current symbol with your magic number.

How to Use

Attach to any chart — Drag Trade Cockpit Pilot onto any symbol's chart (any timeframe). The panel appears in the top-left corner. You can drag it anywhere on the chart.
Choose your theme — Select System, Light, or Dark in the Display Settings input to match your chart style.
Read the signals (SIGNAL tab) — The signal matrix shows you the current market state across all 7 timeframes and 5 indicators. Green cells agree with a bullish bias, red with bearish.
Size your position (TRADE tab) — Set your Risk ($) amount, Stop-Loss distance, and optional Take-Profit. The panel calculates the exact lot size and shows your actual risk.
Execute — When ready, click BUY or SELL. The status bar confirms your fill with the lot size and dollar risk.
Manage (MANAGE tab) — Enable trailing stop or break-even. Browse your positions with the navigator. Close individual positions or all at once.
