Note: I am not used to the Western name for wave classification. Influenced by the naming habit of Chaos Theory (Chanzhongshuochan), I named the basic wave as pen , the secondary wave band as segment , and the segment with trend direction as main trend segment (this naming method will be used in future notes, let me tell you in advance), but the algorithm is not closely related to Chaos Theory, so please do not confuse it. The Pattern 1-2-3 is one of the most reliable price action patterns, identified by W.D. Gann as a key reversal and continuation signal.

RQL_BOX is a manual range box tool controlled by two draggable vertical lines:

How to use (step-by-step)

Choose the candle timeframe

InpBoxTF = the timeframe used for the LEFT candle selection (e.g., H4 / D1).

Drag the LEFT vertical line onto the candle

The box will snap to the selected candle and use its High/Low (wick-to-wick) as the box boundaries.
If enabled:
- InpSnapLeftToBar = true snaps the LEFT handle to the candle’s open time.

Drag the RIGHT vertical line to set the box end

The RIGHT handle is only the projection end time (how long the box is drawn forward).
If enabled:
- InpSnapRightToBarIfPast = true snaps the RIGHT handle to candle opens only when placed in the past (future stays free).

Neighbors (k):

Super Trend Settings:
Length:

Factor:

Strategy Overview

The TPS system applies mean reversion principles to ETFs, cash indices, and selected stocks, using RSI-based signals and structured position scaling.

Standard TPS Trading Rules:

Trade an ETF, Cash Index, or stock.
The index must trade above the 200-day moving average (SMA).
Open 10% of the total position if the 2-period RSI is below 25 for two consecutive days.
If price drops further, scale in with an additional 20% of position size.
If price drops again, scale in with 30% more.

Exit all positions when the 2-period RSI closes above 70.
For short trades, the same rules apply in reverse.

Trading Mode Settings

These settings control trade execution and risk management.

Trade Long Positions: Enable/Disable long trades.
Trade Short Positions: Enable/Disable short trades.
Trade Execution Modes: Choose between:
- OPEN_OF_NEXT_BAR – Places trades at the next candle open (backtesting-friendly).
- CLOSE_OF_THIS_BAR – Trades at the daily close, true to Connors' original strategy.
- EXACT_TIME – Execute trades at a specific user-defined 'Broker's Sever' time (e.g., 2135 = 9:35 PM) - (All symbols in the list are assessed for entries/exits at this time)

Indicator & Entry Logic

Use Moving Average Filter – Trades only when price is above the 200-SMA (for long positions) or below the 200-SMA (for shorts).
RSI Period: Default = 2 (user-adjustable).
Entry Conditions:
- Long Entry: RSI(2) < 25 for two consecutive days → Enter long.
- Short Entry: RSI(2) > 75 for two consecutive days → Enter short.
Exit Conditions:
- Long Exit: RSI(2) > 70 → Close long position.
- Short Exit: RSI(2) < 30 → Close short position.
Trade Entry Mode:
- STANDARD Mode: RSI must be below/above the threshold for two consecutive bars.
- AGGRESSIVE Mode: RSI only needs to hit the threshold once (results in more trades & higher volatility).

Position Sizing & Scaling In

Users can select one of three position sizing methods:

DEFINED_LOTS – Uses fixed lot sizes for trades (Forex pairs require this option).
FIXED_VALUE – Trades a fixed monetary amount per position.
ACCOUNT_PCT – Trades a percentage of account balance.

Scaling-In Feature

Up to 10 scale-in levels with customizable multipliers.
Default scaling follows Connors' 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 model but can be adjusted.
Scale-in stops if the next position multiplier is set to ≤ 0.

Using DEFINED_LOTS = 0.1 lots:

About

The tool is designed for simplicity and speed and I use it daily in my trading.
In my use-case the copier helps with the psychology of trading large accounts and keeping emotions under control. I have a small account which I use for trading.
Then I have other accounts which are comparatively large, about 10x but can even be 100x.
These accounts simply copy the trades from the small account using the copier and sizing trades proportionally.

This way I can just keep my trading account small like $5k but have the other accounts at like $100k and trade without panic as the large accounts are out of sight and I just focus on the small one which does not induce as much stress.

Notes

- Account types need to match i.e hedging providers to be used with hedging receivers and vice versa.
- Ideally, Provider and Receiver accounts should use same currency denomination for accurate lot calculation using balances.

- Try using the same broker to avoid slippage and issues with unmatching speed.

Getting started

You only need to attach the EA onto one of the charts running on the MT5 terminal, it will then process all the transactions occurring on the entire account.

Very easy to get started, just select the preferred COPY_MODE and depending on the mode the following may apply.
Provider:
If “PROVIDER” is selected then the rest of the settings are optional and depending on features used.

Receiver:

If “RECEIVER” then you also need to specify the “PROVIDER_ACCOUNT” which is the trading account whose trades will be copied. The rest of the settings are optional depending on features used.

Local vs Remote copy

Position data is written by the provider to a csv file. The receiver/s then reads from this file.
This is the preferred method as it is fastest, it is used when the provider and receivers are running on the same machine.
However if there are receivers running on a remote machine then the provider should be set to also write the data to a remote file location. The remote receivers would then also be set to read from this remote location.
By default, position data is saved locally onto a file named */Terminal\\Common\\Files\\Sharing-Is-Caring\\[providerAccount]-positions.csv
Trades from a remote location also get written to this file prior to use.

Monitoring

The copier can be set to send health checks to a monitoring server so that alerts can be sent out if no heartbeat pings are received within a set timeframe.

We recommend the https://healthchecks.io/ platform for this as it is open-source and supports a large number of alerting mechanisms such as email, telegram, phone call etc. Plus it offers up to 20 free monitoring licenses.

Note that your alert interval needs to be longer than the heartbeat interval e.g if heartbeat is set to 5 minutes then on the monitoring server you can set alerting to something like 7 minutes so that you get notified if the terminal has not sent a ping in 7 minutes.

Recommendations for use

Try to make trend entries with the green color of the tick histogram, counter-trend entries with orange.

Use night scalping techniques at values below 1.0 (with a gray volume histogram).

Settings of Forex Pulse Detector:

Allow_BUY – allows the EA to open “Long” (Buy) trades.
Allow_SELL – allows the EA to open “Short” (Sell) trades.
TakeProfit – the Take Profit level of the EA’s positions.

Show the Reverse Move — adds to the table the reverse movement. This shows the reverse price movement from the ZigZag point. This value can be in points (ZZ-point minus Bid) or in percentage (the ratio of ZZ-length to the Reverse Move);

Highlight the symbol when all periods are in the same direction (HH HL LH LL):

— HH or LL — when Higher High or Lower Low;

— (HH and LH) or (LL and HL) — when (Higher High and Lower High) or (Lower Low and Higher Low);

— (HH and HL) or (LL and LH) — when (Higher High and Higher Low) or (Lower Low and Lower High);

— disable.

Symbol highlight time (minutes, 0-until the direction changes);
Highlight Text in a cell when:

— Wave has >=X bars — highlight cells in which the number of bars is greater than or equal to X;
— Breakout & ZZ-pt on current bar — highlight cells when the previous ZigZag point is broken (the ZZ-point is on the current bar);
— ZZ-pt on current bar — highlight cells when a ZZ-point appears on the current bar. The new or changed wave;

Example: Entry at 1.1000, SL moves to 1.1005 at +20p, 1.1025 at +40p, 1.1045 at +60p
Best for: reducing noise, holding trades through pullbacks

4. Breakeven + Trail (Two-Phase)

Phase 1: Moves SL to breakeven (+ lock pips) once minimum profit is reached. Phase 2: Starts trailing after a larger profit threshold.

BE_TriggerPips = 15 → breakeven at +15 pips
BE_LockPips = 2 → lock +2 pips above entry (guaranteed small profit)
BE_TrailStartPips = 30 → trailing begins at +30 pips
